You earned your money and live in and use California infrastructure. If you move your money and pay lower taxes YOU are the one leeching off the system that provides for you because you pay less than you FAIRLY owe.
It has nothing to do with large Government protected Corporations!
All this anti-offshore pressure is a smoke screen for welfare state tax collectors aiming for complete destruction of financial and personal privacy for everyone, just as the so-called PATRIOT Act has done in the U.S.
And to keep U.S. and other nations' taxpayers imprisoned in domestic high tax systems from which there is no escape
