  • @mrwiggles2 Works well. ~25 hours later, the nozzle is getting oval, but aluminum oxide will do that.

  • how much cfm @ how much Psi is needed from your compressor?

  • @gonzasteve Really depends on the nozzle size. The 5/16" outer nozzle I'm using really needs around 30cfm, but I get by with a 15cfm compressor and a 60gal tank. that gives me enough to get little parts like this done without waiting on the compressor. The 24cfm 80gal 175psi setup I had could run continuous with a foot pedal. As long as you use a nozzle like the stock one, you can get by with 5cfm and a 30 gal tank if you don't mind doing an item like this with a 5 minute break in the middle.
