but anyways, you can't be serious when you say there's no scarface rip-offs. the scenery was almost identical, there were a few quotes from the movie, and you start from the bottom and work your way to the top, just like in scarface.

However, Scarface has its own unique elegance, charm, and gameplay that in my opinion makes it better than GTA: Vice City. I never did like the Grand Theft Auto games that much, except maybe for San Andreas, and the only redeeming factor there was bicycles and gunning down people with Uzis while riding them.
