I have been telling people that DDPYOGA works and hopefully more will get that message. Of course I only done a few that I could find online but the man is brilliant. On the plus side, I always felt that the DDP feud with Mero was the beginning of Page's rise. My personal favorite being that WW3 match. Anyways great to see Mero doing well & of course DDP. This workout is for real and it works. I am proud to to be just one of the MANY people out there who this workout has benefited. I feel as good or better now at 40 than I did at my peak physical condition during my time in the USMC. Nuff said.
That would have to be some massive pain to deal with in the ring. I have a whole new level of respect for Marc Mero. Of course DDP will always be the man.
WWE should support DDP with his DDP Yoga.

DDP gonna be on TV infomercials in about a year....too many people claiming his yoga saved their life.
and "Self High Five" should be a campaign launched for people with low self-esteem. A lot of people would get behind that in 2012
