well all i can say is that magaling lahat.. iba.iba lng ung style natin.. winning in a competition doesnt mean that ur above all, choice lng un ng mga dalubhasa so if u did not make it on that day, try do better next.. to SLU- aside from their good voices they have also a winning factor, being avant guard(sorry talaga sa spelling), i believe d lng yan pagandahan ng boses, making magick matters most(x-factor).. kudos to all choirs in the philippines

TSUC's tenors has a good quality but give more emphasis on the basses.the sopranos and altos has light timbre which is good in chorale singing just put a lil power on it.

and i was surprise with the UVC on thier outstanding performance.they trnsformed!

This 3 choirs are indeed a pride of Philippine choral singing!!! GODBLESS

SLU's Crucifixus was also good at the finals, but TSUC's interpretation is better i think...=)as well as their voice quality.

SLU's powerful soprano's and alto's are amazing but the basses and the tenors are shouting on the other parts of the piece (crucifixus),

i was at the semis too...TSUC did a great performance.

they performed very well on their Bukonut Woman piece where in the audience were entertained and they had a good interpretation of Crucifixus,it was awesome!

@ chorus0170, yup, that is true. Ibang-iba yung quality nila na naka-post dito sa youtube.

I also wonder bkit ganun yung costume ng TSU. To TSUC, peace po at ang dami kong napapansin.

Para kasing nawala yung magic nila compare sa semis. Even yung performance nila nung Bukonut Woman. Very entertaining nung semis.

As with the SLU Glee, sana makapag compete kayo outside the country to prove yourself. Goodluck with these two groups!

magaling naman ang SLU Glee. This could be the reason bkit ng 2nd place sila sa MBC.

It only happened na yung performance ng UV Chorale is maganda esp yung version nila ng "IM YOURS"

I have watched UV's performance during the Tomohon International Choir Competition here in youtube as well as the CCP national Choir Competition, they are in perfect tone, as always.

They captured the crowd that night. I believe, UV is simply following the footsteps of UE. They should join Eoropean competitions this year and I know they will win.

I was able to watch this group sa finals ng MBC singing thesame piece. Meju kulang yung bato ng Soprano. Di rin maganda quality ng Tenor but the Altos are awesome.

TSUC also sung the same song sa semifinals. Mas maganda quality at interpretation. Parang walang gana yung sa SLU. But yung sa Bass ng TSU di rin ganun kaganda.

Galing! My friend and I were able to watch the last run of St. Louis University's production of "St. Louis Loves dem Filipinos" and I must say, magaling sila. Pinagmamalaki ni Sir Ton at Direk Floy ang choir na 'to kaya dinayo pa talaga namin ang Baguio para manood. Congratulations! God bless sa finals! :-)
