I have actually just started using an old M40A1 gas mask with my regular morning PK training in addition to a weight vest, It seems to double the pain so there must be about double the gain. lol!

What's the point in working out in a gas mask?

@SlaughterTheFrail it limits your oxegen intake (like being at altitude). Cardio training is improved by almost an order of magnitude.
