Of course some venue are small compared to some in Europe. And I'm not too sure about the Brazil thing because Tuomas and the guys even said that they like the smaller venues MORE than the larger ones. They're more close and "intimate". Even if that did happen, it's just one venue. Tarja straight up didn't want to tour in the US or Austrailia anymore.

the sync issues in the video are from the re-encoding on whatever computer imported it most likely. Thats what it looks like at least, because it's fairly consistent throughout. Though it could have to do with Chinese broadcast standards being translated into another standard.

Tuomas fired her because he couldn't deal with the fact that she married somebody else more than likely. The shit in that "open letter" is exactly that if you bother checking out the facts. Marco was jealous of her because he wanted more of the limelight, and the rest of the band simply went along with Marco and Tuomas I think.

She was the heart and soul of Nightwish though, so they are screwed.
