that's beyond cruelness... how can a grandfather beat his 4yo daughter to death mercilessly?? nevermind the family ties, but a 4yo?? That murderer should face the same fate, along with her parents who did nothing but hurt her selfishly ever since she was born.

Only for Nazi war criminals... Only used once - on Adolf Eichmann in the 60's.
I don't think he deserves such an easy punishment as a death penalty... a life imprisonment in 24h isolation is more appropriate. Then again, if they wouldn't find the body he could just say he made it all up... -_-
