@gcrocks4eva it was his last song of the set I think, so maybe that was the reason? The riffs and belts were incredible (and frequent) throughout the other songs.
I'm a mega Adam fan but i gotta say, those powerful chest belts were a little off.. argh! I'm feeling like a bad guy but i really can't help but to acknowledge that his vocals weren't as great as he was during the awesome glam nation tour concerts.. Let's just hope that he was taking it casually or just grueling..
@gcrocks4eva Well, listened again and have to disagree. Saw two GNT concerts and he sounds just as powerful here. Sound systems vary greatly so maybe that's what you're factoring in. The tweets from DJ's, et al., laud the vocals - no one around can match him.
@2039marl well he did miss the big note as @gcrocks4eva pointed out - but Adam so rarely is off that the rest of the songs, especially the great runs in an unbelievable Sleepwalker and even the B2 in Fever that he usually avoids in live performances more than made up for a little miss in SFW - absolutely no one is better live than Adam Lambert!! ;D
@OMGoodnessMe Sharp? Flat? Just didn't sing the note you felt he should sing? Can't deviate? At what time between 0.03 and 4.09? Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks.
@gcrocks4eva apparently there were sound problems with this song so Adam may have been thrown a little by that. U can see TOmmy goes to his soundboard a couple times trying to get it right. Around the same time Adam seems distracted and just kinda casually wails a bit. Despite the issues he may be having with sound Adam is probably off only very slightly and only for about 3 secs (~2:58) in the entire concert so I can't really worry about that too much :)
