MisdermeanerJ: As far as I know with weebly, the only way I can think of to create your own design would be by using the html element. Log into weebly and click on the help tab on the top right area for more details. Hope that helps you some.

Yes, absolutely. With weebly you have an admin log in page that you can access anytime to make changes at anytime. It's pretty handy.
