the anatomy is ok. if you want the muscles to stand out a bit use at least two layers with multiply and shade the undersides of the muscle area's with a gray to dark gray. with the second layer add a little dark to the gray and use eraser to erase any parts that cover up too much of the first layer to give it a sharp yet defined tone. hope the critique helps.
