@WagnerN22 Hey! Thanks for the kind words! I have actually done a lot more in this exercise since this one was posted over 2 years ago. In regards to the bench press, the biggest thing is FORM & Technique. Work on all support muscle groups such as Triceps, Shoulders, and Lats. Simple exercise such as close grip bench press, seated military press, and lat pull down, 1 arm rows, and pull ups will help in crease your bench. Don't forget to squat! Good luck and stay strong.
Thanks for the comment! We rotate these with all types of core, low back, glute, hip work. Just another variation to target those groups. Try doing 225 for 4 sets of 15 and tell me what ya think.
what Niko failed to tell you all is that we did these after speed pulls and after romanian deadlifts....... so we were spent before starting this movement....... what a finish !
HAHAHAHAHA....hilarious. All kidding aside, we've been doing some of these here at SSPT for glute activation. They are effective yet extremely painful w/o the correct padding.

Dude, it is a good one!!!! High Ham tie ins to the glutes, core and hips!!! You'll love it....Try doing just 225 for 4 sets of 12!!!!

Yeah, it really is!!! I used it on some of my "Lab Rats" and they loved it!!! Higher rep range works great 12-20!
