  • The t-mobile babe is everywhere. Where did they get her? and why now?

  • holy shit you're fast.

  • very helpfull indeed, i run 7miles minimum in 60minutes and in some good days i do between 8 and 12miles in 64minutes , starting slowly and accelerating helps in endurance, whenever i start on high speed in the first 10min i end up praying that time would fly, as opposed to running first 20mins easier then accelerating, i get more energetic and stronger with progress, thanks for the tips, peace en One love!

  • i need tips on how to run a mile 1/2 in 10 minutes or less. im training for the OSHP and i can do it in 10:48 but it needs to be much less; helpp??

  • @dudejrod run more often get to know what kind of pace works for you for training run 1k walk 200m run 1k walk 200m ect.

  • @metal1324 thank you metal; i will try that and get back to you with problems?

  • I'm hoping to do a 10 mile race quite soon, and to be honest I'm shitting myself. I'm used to running about 10k (6 miles), I've done a run or two recently for a little over 9 miles and it leaves me strained, exhausted and with my leg muscles feeling terrible for days. Hopefully I can pace it properly, but I still suspect I'll be one of the last to finish.

  • chers mate, doing my first half next month so im soaking up every bit of info i can.

  • 3 miles pr. 16.31

  • 3 mile. pr 16.32.

  • This video was helpful. I ran a 10 miler about a month ago and I finished in 1:12:25. I ran a half-marathon a couple days ago and finished in 1:37:46. So my pace was gradually getting slower.

I think I need to resist going really fast at the beginning and gradually work up my pace instead.

  • 3.1 mile 18:11 pr..sophmore in high school

  • I definitely have better results when I do it this way... In fact, my half marathon PR was set after I had to run 3 miles to the start of the race because the bus didn't show up... I think there's something to getting your body warmed up in a certain rhythm that, after a little while, makes you feel stronger. Endorphins, blood flow, warm elastic muscles, focus and relaxation...

  • @benzodiazepimp STRONGLY AGREE! Same thing happened to me down under.....:)

  • 3.1miles 19:03 PR

  • 59minutes for 10mile? my god your my hero

im starting running in the morning my first 2 weeks, 2.50 mile i run 22minutes;(

  • @skandskate69

keep it up!!! dont stop moving. you"ll get better and better the more you do.im doing 5 klm in 18.40 and its taken me half the year to get there. so worth it.

  • This was very helpful thank you

  • 3 part strategy for racing a 10 mile to 1/2 marathon:

    1. go out fast

    2. pick it up

    3. kick

    It works every time!

  • thats not a tip, its the way u run.

  • actually this is a "tip" because most people jack rabbit start and shoot off the start line and end up not finishing

  • @App1eSauc3 Not finish ?? more like break down 5 mins later or you end up seeing them after the first block with their hands around their waist panting.
