  • you must be the biggest idiot out there 1st of all how can you say he isnt sudanese while he has a full sudanese bloodline and was born there 2ndly micheal jordan is african american nobody knows which country he is from in africa and if people move to a country and live there for centuries they reserve the right to call that country theres look at the usa and australia u british moved there centuries ago and now they dnt call there self british anymore they are american and australian

  • of course loul is from sudan thats were his blood belongs he will never forget that fuk of u cunts that are trying to say that he is from london

  • You all Britons hate immigrants but if they make money for you or win in sports you then say they are British. Luol is Sudanese, period.

  • Not all Britons hate immigrants. There are some however that complain about certain immigrants coming to the UK and "taking their jobs". Mostly Eastern Europeans like Polish etc. That's why they have the BNP. But not all Britons are like this.

  • Taking their jobs?? Are you kidding? Britons don't like work, they prefer to live from benefits and leaving immigrants workings but then they complain about it.

  • Believe me, that's what I hear a lot of them complain about. I think it's wrong especially since they should have a social and educational advantage; having the opportunity to go to school for free, getting paid to learn after the age of 16, getting student loans for university etc. A lot of the people were lazy and are just trying to use immigration as an excuse.

However, you cannot generalise a whole population as there are a lot of hard working Britons who are doing well for themselves.

  • @patatona Haha thats bullshit!!!

  • man thats wat i am talking abut dawg loul is sudanes

  • and i bet your grandparents were british, or african

  • Well said mate, Americans love taking the credit for their athletes who are of African and European descent, but got double standards for our lot.

  • @Laurence000001 Americans? STFU I can't stand when people generalize.

  • I went to Luol's camp.. was awesome I recommend it.. not as good as ameachi's though.

    Peace

  • luol deng my home lands sudanese boy,i just wanna 2 remind u guys as someone knone him in pearson even if he got 10 uk passports he still sudanese, and i know sudan is always on his mind,,,,,

  • hope ben gordon decides to play for GB, he will be a great player for us and will boost our speed and shooting ability.

  • where in south london did luol deng grow up

  • he grew up in south norwood near croydon and he played for the brixton topcats which is where i play

  • man thats cool. topcaats eh. u herd of jimmy rogers. or Jodie? those guy ran a camp in Brum some years ago. they made me fall in love with basketball, and it was my first time, i barely knew how to dirbble. different story now, thaks to them...

  • yh i kno jimmy but not sure about jodie. thats cool maybe one day u'll be like mike LMAO

  • This American and enthusiast of basketball's global expansion is thrilled at the UK's emergence. Basketball's recent international explosion would never be complete without Great Britain.

  • I hope the Bulls trade Deng. He always goes MIA in the 4th.

  • How long did he stay in the UK or when did move to states because he has an american accent.

  • he moved to america when young i think, or lived there a long time

  • wen he was a teen like 14, 15

  • @jordannaA i think he moved when he was 14 just in time to start high school.

  • the only reason he is playin for brihen(britain)iz coz sudan dont have a gd bball team but if this peace thing work out we gonb the best when i waz there i saw alot of nba top standard players but just have no oppotunity and the facts are an average sudanese is my hieght 6.4 trust me i waz the shortest by far on the court

  • but he has a great nickname "the man from sudan" its a pity to give it up

  • Is that why he considers Britain his home??

    You dont know nuffink!!

  • he grew up in england so thats that we need him on are great Britain team so its all good lol

  • stupid idiots luol deng is from sudan he moved to uk then at 14 he moved to US so he is not british he is from sudan and he lived longer to the US so he should be a US citizen not british

  • once again if you hold a BRITISH PASSPORT you normally are classed as british but he is half sedan half british because he is an exception lol he learnt and started playing basketball in london.. anyways why so much hate...

  • Why you all hating on each other? You all sound dumb as hell. Yes he is originally from Sudan, grew up in the UK and balls in America. In an interview when asked out of the 3 nations, he called himself British, but will never forget his homeland. He has proven this by doing regular visits back to Sudan. He is also helping out the country he grew up in by playing for them. An allround amazing guy.

  • english head out haters he pisses on stars and stripes

  • did you watch the video? have you ever listened to him talk? tard

  • did you watch the video? have you ever listened to him talk? tard

  • thats why he plays for Great Britain, gives back to the community in south london comes back every summer and holds a british passport...

  • We'll the reason your confused the guy was born in Sudan moved to egypt and then came to the uk to study then he was offered a scholarships and at that age he was 14 when he decided to move to the dukes in the states and as he carried on his carrer and study he was then approached by the BULLS but he is originaly from Sudan

  • what channel number is uktv slam?????

  • He does NOT 'rep' Sudan. He's in the Great Britain squad for this summer's Euro Championship qualifiers so get your facts right!

  • But He is Still From My HOMELAND...----SUDAN.

  • He's sound american to me for some reason

  • Go Bulls and go Luol Deng! He is a class act!

  • He IS English many ways than he is Sudanese or whatever!
