  • This tradition in the beginning of sports events does not represent only Mauri people, but all New-Zealanders. I'm not from New-Zealand, never have been there nor have I seen a Haka in real. But I think it is beautiful, more for the tradition and the spirit than for the dance itself.

    NZ people should be proud of doing that before every sport event, not only Rugby!

  • Ridiculous...absolutely love the haka but doing it in your speedos...what a farce and I bet there is not one maori in the whole team. Clearly all NZers wish they had played rugby for their country.
