  • Hey hey hey!! Why they didn't mentioned my birthday? >:(

  • MY BDAY IS IN FEB 17 TOOO

  • my birthday is feb17!!

  • How quickly we change directions. The snowball had begun prior to election. We are seeing the fall out from what had begun 8 yrs ago and the fickle people infer that it has just begun. No one was complaining when the last administration handed out money to . We No one complained when industry was farmed out to other countries in the name of profits limiting the job market for us. Now that the haves are being effected, the problem just begins. Spending by any other name is still spending.

  • as usual fox news proves to be a beacon of stupidity.

  • Does anybody know what thegas4free.blogspot,com is that Obama has been talking about?

  • iluvbleech tell me how you like muslims who have only been in frace for 7 years telling french tax payers what to do?i bet you think its great that muslims can dictate how your gov is run, me too.. they just need a chance and a hug...were all the same and want the same things rite. mabee they will say everyone should have 2 goats its how they were raised and you should be like them... if you dont your a racisist.and kill any girl who goes on a date before shes married.

  • iluvbleech, answer me this....how does 1 become an ex patriate at 20 years of age?

  • The Dems managed to get this man elected. I say the rest of us should just sit back and watch this incredible historical farce unfold. The next four years should be absolutely hilarious.

  • i know...every time obama takes a shit lets sell it....his turds are gold arent they?

  • tax payers get to pay for barny franks mistakes

  • i like the new coke

  • Republicans are the Party of NO and Fox News is PRAVDA!!

  • The leadership in both parties are big government imperialists. The dems tend to tax and spend and the repubs borrow and spend. The dems want a spending bill and the repubs want a tax cut bill, but only reduce social spending.

Both sides are wrong. If you increase spending or tax cuts, than spending must be cut. Do we really need to fund a global empire for the benefit of the investor class in the US?

  • lol try &cash a check at a bank written in different pens that's a bad Obama oops i mean omen

  • Barack Obama is a complete and utter useless failure just like George W. Bush. This "Stimulus" Bill doesn't do jack shit for hard working Americans like me. A 13 dollar a week "Tax Cut"? Thanks for NOTHING Obama. The Right Wing bastards were right, this stupid ass "Bill" is nothing but "Pork" I can't believe i let myself be fooled into voting for this lying "Articulate" hack. Even big Oil think hes a God Damn joke. Gas prices are rising yet a barrel of oil is falling.

  • The leadership in both parties are big government imperialists. Nobody is going to stop the depression from coming, it is here. The party is over and the standard of living in the west is about to take a major hit.

I believe the biggest mistake we made was not electing Ron Paul as president.

  • You have got to start realizing that tax cuts aren't what is going to make jobs (jobs being what helps americans ready to work) the way governement spending will. Sorry if you can't see past the amount of money you will be recieving a week, but you should consider the fact that governement spending is one of the best ways to create jobs and get the economy back on track. With a better economy (that is to say an economy with low unemployement) salaries go up, and so will yours.

  • your a liberal nut......look at all the pork in the plan the liberal goverment wants to spend what it doesnt have and we will pay for it forever..stimulus wont work its been proven and the liberal gov we have rite now is stupid... obamas a socialist pelosi is a retard and everyone obama trys to get in is a crook...giving money to special intrest and global warming doesnt create jobs for anyone unless your one of their buddies it just means more gov

  • Well, you say "look at" all the pork, but I highly doubt that you yourself have actually looked at what's in the bill, otherwise you wouldn't say that. The bill invests : 111 bilion dollars in infrastructure and science (infrastructure immediately creates jobs because one hires workers, and better roads and bridges help stimulate the economy in the long run, while investing in science creates jobs for researchers and also moves technology and thus entrepreneurship in new companies forward).

  • It also invests 288 billion dollars in tax relief (the thing you were complaining was too small a short while ago. This stimulates the economy by increasing consumer spending which increases company production, which creates jobs. It invests 51 billion dollars in education, which, though it has no immediate stimulating effect for the economy (unless one takes into account the fact that teachers get to keep their jobs) it is extemely important in the long run.

  • this wasnt bipartisan it was a ram bill.how many people will the sceince part employ?tax cuts create imeadite help and job hireing.barny franks got us into the houseing mess and that is what caused the probloms with the banks,no lending no jobs none of those people ever had a job and dont care about tax payers...they have jobs with beneifits...we pay it.the media will never report the truth about this.talk to me in a month well see.believe me i want it to work but there is noway it can.

  • It invests 59 billion dollars in health care, most of which is contributed to reducing medical errors. A good health care system is extremely important for a healthy economy. Anyways, you can find out for yourself where the rest of the money is going, and try to learn a much as you can before saying that the bill is full of pork. You can disagree with the specifics, but in general, this bill is designed to stimulate the economy, nothing else. If action isn't taken, things could get very bad.

  • that it the specifics....the jobs most of this money is being spent on is gift jobs that dont make money except for liberal programs.how many liberal supporters will get jobs on that health care bill...more pork giving jobs to freinds or supporters to watch the money dwindle.the road money must be spent in 100 days..you cant plan a fix in 100 days let alone design a bridge.13 $ aday =what it works out to per tax payer.

  • As far as roads and bridges not being made soon, you're absolutely right, but economists such a Paul Krugman (yes, a liberal) predict that this recession is going to last a really long time, and that therefore projects that will only take effect in a long time are still very important for future stimulus.

  • iluvbleech......i think you need to earn and invest a little more before you try to understand economics.listening to liberal professors is not a way to learn about money, socialisim yes money and trade no.lets talk in a month,if this plan is so great results will be immeadiate...rite?tax cuts would be instant results.we dont neeed 70 high paid liberals to tell buisness owners how to run a buisness.

  • Treating me like some ignorant fool is terribly low. You have no clue how much I know about economics, so don't act high and mighty. Second of all, I get the feeling that your not really trying to understand my comments since I have previously said that a) tax cuts WON'T provide immediate stimulus, since due to the bad economic situation a large portion of the money will go into savings, and b) that I thought this would be a long and painful recession, that won't end any time soon.

  • talking down to you?the so called gov is talking down to america.they have no clue how to run a company and want to take over banks....wtf....did you see what happened when that rummor started ?did you see the market?oh yea how does one become an ex patriot at 20 years of age?

  • iluv bleech

  • "governement spending is one of the best ways to create jobs and get the economy back on track"

The markets did not recover to the point of the 1920's until the mid 50's. This spending idea is silly. They want to spend more on stimulus, but continue to funr the US empire.

The problems with the US are systemic and predictable, and a stronger central government only make it more obvious.

  • I don't know where you're from, but the USA is one of the most capitalist countries in the world, with an extremely free market (some agree that it is the fact that there is so little regulation that created the crisis, something that can of course be debated). Besides, you can believe that the USA is an empire, something with which I completely disagree with, but I don't see how that is in any way relative to the point I was trying to get across to someone else.

  • barney franks created this problom.everybody should not own a house now people w/put houses must pay for people who put unemployment as a source of income ect...ect...no one has faith in obama or his cronies book smart but no common scence.none of them ever had real jobs.they get paid even if they dont vote wtf?how many of their buddies are they going to get in to fill these pork jobs at 200000 a year? youll never find out untill they start going to jail.

  • Greenspan caused the problem, not Barney.

  • OH NO $%CKING WAY... the dems wanted everyone to have a house even if they couldnt afford it.open up the lending ya great idea.franks pushed it and every dem and liberal pushed it... now we all pay.look at all the loans to illegals car loans also refies too.every one needs a house even if they cant afford it.green span didnt just say lets lower rates.

  • You are correct, Greenspan did not insist that the rates be lowered.

He did, however, turn his back on the system for 20 years - holding a blind eye to the problems inherent within our particular flavor of capitalism. This was not brought on by an immediate or new crisis - this was caused by the major complications that come with fractional banking - and the people who profited from that.

Keeping it as a partisan issue prevents this from being immediately evident.

  • Sorry, but I'm really having trouble understanding where you're coming from. You talk about who got us into this mess, but I don't see how that brings anything to the discussion about how we are going to fix things. Then of course you talk about Obama never having had a real job, which isn't just false, it's totally irrelevant. Then you say that this bill funding only liberal programs. Well, I can't really say that's not true since we haven't seen where the money is specifically going.

  • But on the other hand, even if this is going to "liberal" programs (I'm assuming that for example green energy would be qualified as liberal) what is the problem with that? As long as the money is being properly invested and not just given to the top, it will create jobs and help the economy. The fact that it is liberal is irrelevant.

  • It is easy to blame the market for this, then it is not the fault of the politicians of both parties that have created this mess. The markets work on supply and demand, but the government uses subsudies and regulation to game the system. Look into the Austrian school of economics instead of the US chicago school of economics which is also called "neoliberalism."

  • The US is an empire. I know that is not what I learned in school either, but it is still true.

You can go to the website antiwar.

    People to google on youtube:

Noam Chomsky, Ron Paul, Chalmers Johnson to name a few.

  • I meant google antiwar

and find the people on youtube.

  • you are from france why would you care about the usa?the USA gives billions and billions of dollars to damn near every country in the world and not one of those dam countrys would even piss on us if we wre on fire .....unless there was something in it for them...if we stopped giving money to all those countries all americans would be rich.africa palistine issreal mexico india korea vietnam pakistan turkey poland japan ect....and then we protect them with US lives everyone hates us.

  • Apparently, you are supposing that all people who live in France are french. That's not the case. As for me, I'm an expatriate. And about your point that the USA gives money to other countries......what are you talking about? The USA borrows from other countries, not the other way around. As for giving money to places like Japan and Vietnam (not sure that we give money to Vietnam, but since we protect Japan militarily, we probably give them money), we're just paying for past mistakes.

  • aside from the republican and democratic divide in opinions....how can people like karl rove lie like that....thats like me punching you in the face and telling you i didnt...they were absolutely not in very of regulation...its on record...but then he says they chapioned it..wat a liar...

  • I liked the ending. That was cute.

Republicans and their surrogates on Fox are asses.

  • lol true.

  • fuck faux news

    JUST FUCK IT

ITS NOT NEW WHY IS THIS SHIT HERE?

  • "I like the new coke".

  • Wait a while before you judge President Obama. Watch my music video for America.

  • I don't know much about politics, but it feels like pieces of this might be taken out of its context.

  • ya think? The whole point of these "day in 100 seconds" pieces is to make fun of the 24 hour news networks. These networks run, and make, news all day long, but by the end of the day, its not clear what happened, nor is it that important. You really don't need anything more than these 100 second montages.

  • oic.

  • I agree, the media and politics these days have turned into a sort of performance theater. If it distracts people from investigating the actions of their government, then they'll all play along. I'm not a big conspiracy fan anymore, but it should be obvious by now where the government's interests truly lie... just follow the money.

  • "It is done." Bash Bush for his debt creation levels and the first things he does is create more debt. Where is the change? Hypocrisy at its largest!

Repubs spend, and so do Demos. Where is the change?

Eating too many cheese burgers got us into this mess, eating more cheese burgers will not get us out of this mess. Where is our third party candidate for change?

  • There is no "change". It's a slogan, like "Best political team on television". You can say it as many times as you want, but it doesn't make it true.

  • It has to get worse before it gets better sadly :S

That's always the case. You can't beat depression by twiddling your thumbs

  • Bonaparte, printing money in your basement when you're in debt and buying more things, doesn't "beat depression" either.

  • The sky is falling on conservatives and hopefully it will knock some sense into them.

  • watch?v=i06peJfgUqI&feature=channel_page

    Bush regulated and restricted.

If Americans support regulation blindly, they deserve the hard times ahead, but their children don't, which is the only reason why I hope for the best.

  • ZOMG WE'RE ALL DOOMED

is how the Republicans sound to me.

Stop whining and use some patience. It didn't take FDR one night to turn the economy around with the New Deal, and it won't take Obama one night either.

  • Problem is, FDR didn't turn around the economy; WWII did.

The Great Depression would've ended before he ran for president if it weren't for the Taft-Hartley Act and it would've ended in 1934 or 35 had it not been for FDR's multiple manglings of the economy.

We've been here and done this; it didn't work last time - why would it work now?

  • yes FDR did. there was the CCC. FDR fixed the depression. Obama needs to create somthing like the CCC

  • finally someone knows the truth.

  • I know that's what the government indoctrination camps teach; but, reality is opposite.

  • TAX WALL STREET

  • Boy fox news is full of complete annoying fucks!! I swear is there everday where they don't bash obama?

  • Yeah, kinda like CNN/MSNBC/CBS/ABC/NBC and Bush over the last 8 years.

    Kinda annoying, isn't it?

  • 1:26

We can't just rely on one person to fix the U.S. economy.

  • Karl Rove is a traitor to America!

Karl Rove committed an act of treason during wartime by exposing an American spy. Karl Rove must be tried and executed!

    Give no quarter to traitors!

  • Umm, she wasn't a spy anymore, it had been more than 5 years since she was in the field and her "cover" had been pulled.

NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED, except Libby Scooter not remembering a 4-year-old, 5-second-long conversation about a nobody named Plame.

Get over yourself; get a clue. No treason was committed, fool.

  • Making excuses for treason does not change the facts. Karl Rove committed an act of treason against America during wartime.

Karl Rove is a traitor. Karl Rove must be tried and executed.

  • No excuses, just waiting for an intelligent charge. You see, treason is a crime and if you're going to charge him with a crime, you need to plead specifics.

Do you have anything specific to which you can levy a charge of treason?

    Didn't think so.

Sounds more like simple hatred from you though.

  • The charge is treason during wartime. That is not my charge. That is the charge leveled by the Bush CIA. I would tend to trust the CIA to know who is a spy better than you or Rush Limbaugh. The CIA filed charges of treason with the Justice Department.

  • The CIA had already pulished her name, fool.

The CIA didnot levy a charge aganst anyone; it is not a law enforcement agency, it is an intelligence agency.

    You are a clueless liberal.

  • The CIA referred the case to the Justice Department. It is a historical fact. This cannot be denied. The CIA was the source of the complaint. The CIA classified her as a spy. This is a historical fact. This cannot be denied. The CIA asserted that the crime of treason had been committed. This is a historical fact. This cannot be denied.

You are defending a traitor to America. You are beneath contempt.

  • It also cannot be denied that she no longer is / was a spy and her name was public record since 1997, long before Rove was working in the White House.

The CIA gave information to Justice, only Justice can bring charges. Why do you think DOJ hasn't? and won't?

    BECAUSE NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED!

  • how quaint, a neo-con using ad-hominem to make an argument.

  • 哎呀

  • Ugh, we still have to listen to Karl Rove??

  • "I like the new coke." Couldnt say it better myself.

  • "You gotta use ten pens."

Obama's creating jobs even signing the stimulus bill into law!

  • thats funny.

  • Wow i just read the stimulus plan and it's nothing but big business. I guess Obama's getting his string's yanked because were not going to see a penny off that money. Now is the time i can say im sorry to be an American!!!!

  • You love making shit up don't you? A lot of the stimulus package is going directly to the middle class, through Pell Grant for education, and tax credits and more.

  • Oh, my dear sweet unbaked loaf of bread headed Karl Rove. Enjoy being prosecuted because Bush's "immunity" doesn't cover your ass anymore.

  • i guess ill be the first one to say it, at this point in time seeing how fox news is the only media critical of the current governement then well.... I LIKE FOX NEWS.

  • Paul Krugman owns.

  • I hate Fox News

  • I might be mistaken here.

But I'm sensing TPMTV is a subsidary of Faux News Corp and/or Rupert.

Or just a flat out, right wing ''you tube channel'' who probably claims to be ''fair and balanced''

    lol,

when I click on a video that says ''this day summed up in 100 seconds''

and I see nothing but clips of various press interviews moching Democrats and our President

followed by 5 second snippets of Faux News Interviews getting a bit heated when interviewing a ''liberal''

    hmmm

  • with a name like "talking points memo television" you may be right. but it's good to see what that side is watching just to be able to beat them to the punch when they use a talking point instead of an actual issue. nevertheless, we should have had more troops in afghanistan a long time ago (not iraq). but it's still a good channel to watch

  • I think this channel features so many clips of fox news because they are the most ridiculous. Although I have been guilty of mistaking republican propaganda for satire in the past...

  • believe me. Check out their website. You'll find many tasty tidbits criticizing the Republican regime. They are pretty balanced but tilted a little towards the liberal side. BTW nothing is "unbiased". nothing.

  • ok,

    just a first time subscriber.

upon first view, it seems these ''clips'' are a bit skewed.

  • whats up with dat cross eyed republican at 0:20...retarded!

  • lol

  • why would anyone listen to Faux News?

  • Better question is: why would anyone listen to anyone else besides an economist about the economy? We turn to a scientist for science related facts, we turn to a general when we need war "facts"... why would we turn to a comedian's or new anchor's or the *cringes* public's opinion about the economy?

  • you get one up for common sense lol

  • I like the new coke too haha!

  • Doocy's dulcet tones crack me up. He's useless except for comic value. Like most of Faux News.

  • I hate fox news.

  • I hate Fox News.

  • the end is brilliant

  • 1:15, Paul Krugman. I would suggest reading his blog on the NY TIMES website if you want to understand what an intelligent liberal is and stands for.

    Great video.

  • lol

At the very least he backs up his opinions with some facts. It's hard to find someone on any side anymore that does that.

  • True. Let's ignore the fact that the better educated a person is the more likely he is to hold progressive, liberal-type views.

I'm sure you know best though.

  • Uhm, you need to stop trippin'... I personally believe that a lot of people are liberal because the media itself is very liberal. Without thinking or researching, they buy into ideas that are just way too idealistic (or even just stupid, but that's on both sides). An educated person would have progressive views along with some "conservative" views, IMO. Cut your sarcastic, holier-than-thou shit.

  • I hate Fox News.

  • I hate MSNBC but I don't make comments on videos about it becuase I am obsessed with something like you

  • Great!
