I saw the movie, and I see that Nick tried to capture both sides, military and Haditha victims. I cant forgive anyone who kills children. I dont care if your a young stupid marine under stress, lots of warriors have been under stress in many wars and have not killed children. It's bad enough to kill the adults of that family. They were evil brainwashed idiots and I hope they suffer for what they did in their memories for the rest of their life.

For the first time since he's been in Iraq, I talked to a buddy of mine the other day. I asked him what it was like over there, and he said that he couldn't describe it, and to watch this movie. He said it's the most realistic, accurate portrayal of what's going on over there.

That being said, I watched the movie, and recommend it to anyone who, as someone there says, "wants to find out what it's really like."

Side note: I thought the movie was very well put together, and it was a great movie

Democracy is an excuse for violence and coercion, like all other forms of the state. You shouldn't get to steal from your innocent neighbor, or dictate how he uses his own property and earnings just because your group is bigger and louder than his.
