  • Funny, I spilled in exactly same fashion, except I did not run into anybody.

Lost skin in a forearm and knee

  • ouch! thats gotta hurt, he was riding the thing like a damn fool trying to showoff, lol your supposed to just glide on it, this could of happened to anyone, riding a trikkie or riding a bicycle, skates, skateboard, if used improperly and your not wearing the proper gear like helmet and albow pads, the trikkie actually looks like fun though and it gives you a good workout even if you look weird riding it, i might get me one

  • luckily only his arm. it will still hurt like a bitch for a few weeks. have fun showering and dealing with the scab.

  • While he did take it well (although you could tell from his facial reactions on 1:37 that he was starting to feel the sting), I can only imagine the pain he'd feel showering, or even worse disinfecting the wound X_X

  • So many videos here with no helmets or pads -- or in shorts YIKES!

  • Hmmm, but can white people ride trikkes? Not so sure about this.

  • your racist get over your self

  • what the fuck does that mean?

  • trikke's are the gayest thing ever. I love watching you dorks crash on them. hahahaha!

  • have you ever road a trikke

  • hahah agreed

  • Still goog to see another Brother Trikking!!!!

  • muito bom mesmo, um dia terei uma!!!!!!!

  • I road my Trikke for about 2 1/2 years before I needed a Helmet. Not even one little crash. Just after Christmas, I ate it and did a faceplant. Don't even know what happened that caused me to fall. My helmet took the brunt of the fall. No telling what would have happened if I wasn't wearing it. Always wear a helmet!

  • Lawrence, you are off the chain man. Glad to see you survived that crash. I'm glad you did see me at Trashmore and didn't cream me too! Nice strawberry, Trikke on Guy!

  • ouch....I miss trikking I'm from michigan and its cold as u no what!!!!I want to take my t12 to florida with me if i plans work out I should be in florida in february..Yessss....that guy was pretty fast

  • I've been riding bicycles for over forty years and have never worn a helmet.(remember jumping plywood ramps on your Schwinn Stingray?)Started Trikkeing months ago and have put many miles on my T12,without a helmet. I've always felt totally at ease, biking, inline skating and now Trikkeing, helmetless!

  • Nice video guys...and in a nutshell, it coulda' been worse...take it from someone who has experienced the "worse" version! I'll heal...both my body and bruised ego...and get back into the proverbial saddle. Trikke's rock...and occasionally they tumble! ;-)

  • I think thats what was hurt worse. my ego..

  • In fact, what I had accomplished was cracking two of my ribs, scraping both of my palms, my right knee...even the tops of my hands (not sure how that happened). it's a week and a half later and only now am I able to breathe withot it hurting like hell! Yes, I confess...I was a tard...didn't have my helmet on, didn't have any kneepads or other protections...say like gloves?...so the combination of momentarily enlarged ego and a lack of proper protective gear adds up to OUCH!

  • Yeah...it can be worse, I have a humbling story to share of racing with a 72 year old (I'm 46) & a little dip in the road came along, I was determined to enter it full force...as I started to carve the uphill portion something happened...I remember a flash of white lite <insert sarcastic grin here....& suddenly I was airborne over the handle bars of my Trikke...the next moment I was on the ground and my left side was hurting so much I thought I might be experiencing my first heart attack!

  • This Trikke Meet-up and ride was exciting to say the least. Great turn-out from our Trikker NC members! I'm glad to hear that Lawrence was alright. What everyone didn't see was the amazing ground surfing that Lawrence performed on the concrete. Whew! All I can say is that he absolutely knew how to fall. Pretty impressive, Just remember, everyone, please wear a helmet and other protective gear. As you can see you can generate some impressive speed on these Trikkes!

  • WOW! That was an impressive sliding maneuver, just need to work on sticking the landing a little better :) Great video! Thanks!

    Nick

  • just to let everyone know.. I am fine lol.. i think i crack up everytime i hear the crash....

  • Yup, yup, when my carving management goes to the back burner of my mind, I too get that so fleeting moment of coolness followed by the ever popular experience common to all sports of "burning oozing bleeding" followed by "scabbing punctuated by embarrassed sighing" and "looking at one's shoes as one tells of the crash." If I hadn't fallen off my trikkes hundreds of times, way many of which were purely errors of ego, I might have a different opinion of this crash. Could've been worse, eh?
