Incidently, say what you will about the dude in the video, but he is doing the right thing by referring the "fluid loss" patient to psych. She's definitely gonna need the mental help.
Ah orthos...around here there are some damn fine orthopaedic surgeons and they do a damn fine job, hell there PA's could probably do a better job than most EM docs, internists, etc. But they are surgeons and just that. They fix bones and spit out percoset. I swear orthos stop functioning when the patients issues go past bone/nerve issues.
