I am doing since this summer ghetto workout that has many similar exercises but does not has a name as your training on it. Go TONY! We follow your from Italy!
K i just got back from the gym. got about 3 out of all these exercises pushed out.. alot harder than i thot. gonna probably take a couple weeks before i can do this with good form
