For fucks sake! This kid is creepy, cool, smart, different. I was a retard most of my life, especially at the age this kid is. Impressive. He smokes grass!? What the hell? Interesting.
@mrqcrew The guy who made this documentary made another doc. in 2005 called "Following Sean",, It tells what happened to Sean and what way his life turned out but I cant find the doc anywhere..
i like it, but it's a little disturbing. either way it's not a documentary. it's totally lyrical; it's a poem, an art film and a pretty weird one, in a good way i suppose.
The kid is so mature, at this age i used to gape at the sky for hours, but in a way kids are mature, its just that they dont find the right words to express themselves, sean on the otherhand is freaking smart at expressing himself....
Very cute kid... Before I watched Following Sean I was really hoping he hadn't turned out bad but seems like he lived an average life went to college and majored in pre law.
the kid is just repeating what he's heard...interesting doc nonetheless, but just like crazy christian parents have their kids blabbing nonsense about jesus or whatever, this kid is just repeating the opinions and views of the people around him.
Cute, well-spoken child, but seems to me a product of a sick society, that is to say if the authoritarian US government wasn't so tyrannical there'd be no need for a kid to live like that. I really would like to believe his upbringing in that alternative lifestyle was well-rounded and safe. Maybe I'm being unfair but I'm just thinking his parents would be the exact sort who ended up being in Charles Manson's family
very wise young child, its amazing how honest children are, before the world tells them, they can't say this, or they can't do that. very interesteing piece of film
@jimmyPain2121 To each his own... Personally I feel like like this is one of the most interesting docs I've ever seen... If you don't agree, I could give a shit...
And I also think that if people made it thus far, they might as well watch the first 30 sec of video rather than make their decision by the description. If you're turned off after the first 30 seconds, than reading the description won't change much about that.
@UncleDiss Actually, if you google "psychology research story spoiler", you'll note that there's nothing hot about going in blind either. You should throw a description up there.
Glad i found this, very intresting viewpoint from a young kid who was actually living in the middle of all the choas going on in the Haight at the time,i watched Following Sean Straight after!!! Thanx for posting!!
