It's good judgement on your part not to bring it to school.

It should be fine carrying it at other times just don't clip the knife to the outside of your pocket because the police may stop you if they see a pocket clip. If you're really concerned about it you can buy a Leatherman Wave which has a longer blade and is almost universally seen as a useful tool and not a weapon.

i whas wondering is there anything that seperates them?

because if not you should be carefull that the batteries dont touch eachother to much.

if the positive side of one battery contacts the negative side of another its basicly a short circuit.

which will drain your battery real fast in the best case and burst/explode in the worst.

I thought I'd give one more comment, about the gear this time. My take on this would be: Rite in the Rain instead of Moleskin (a lot better waterproof paper, although nothing beats Moleskin look). Better waterproof ink pen: Rite in the Rain Trekker or Clicker. Slim USB drive (1" x 1/2" x 1/10"). Quark MiNi 123 flashlight (but R5, not S2 edition) - 189 lumens on just one CR123A battery. I know it's a downgrade in strength but, as you said, you don't too strong of a beam for EDC light. Cheers!

Nice! And for your first video, this is excellent. People either talk and show gear too fast or too slow and I honestly don't know which is more annoying, but you got it just right. I carry something very similar to you but I use Maxpedition M-1 Waistpack to hold it all, which is a lot more practical, at least to me it is. In case I carry additional gear I will use Maxpedition M-5 instead of M-1 which is exactly the same only a bit bigger.

I was trying to approximate the capability of having binoculars with the monocular, but there's really no comparison- I've since stopped carrying it and I'll usually have a lightweight pair of binoculars in my backpack.

I understand carrying a knife, but I don't understand carrying two. Then you might aswell carry an extra pair of pliers and screwdrivers in addition to your leatherman... All tools on a multitool are of lower quality than fullsized ones (assuming you buy good tools), but the idea is to have a small toolbox with you at all times. I just don't see the point of carrying two of every tool. But hey, just my 2 cents. Every can stuff their pockets with what they want.

Also, a way to do without the batteries is just switch to rechargeable batteries for the flashlight and make sure they are frequently charged as well. Otherwise, good EDC and good video. I got a new blackberry bold 9700 smartphone to replace the LG phone

I started carrying the LM surge instead of the wave (I realize I said it was too heavy in this video, but I tried doing it a while ago and it wasnt that bad- so I opted to use it every day for the bigger blades and more capable scissors.

I also added a chawley changer pocket change organizer, and added a steel nailnick and a key sgt to my keychain.

Everything else is the same, really :(

My wallet doesn't really have much in it =( I forgot to take the watch off my wrist after a previous filming attempt and forgot to mention it. Its a solar atomic GW-7900B Gshock, I'll annotate it as soon as youtube's annotations work again.
