@BigJamez21 This game is good as is Gundam Extreme VS and the upcoming Gundam Unicorn. The problem lies in Bandai Namco's lack of confidence of the series doing well outside Japan anymore. They just also recently canceled the U.S. DVD branch for Gundam

Bandai pisses me off, lack of state side games. For both 360 and Ps3. The ones they do make are either shit or goddamned DW Gundam which is retarded. They were supposed to have a 360 Gundam game for US that only got sold in Japan to make it worse 360s are region locked and Im not buying another xbox for 1 game. One the thing I love about my Ps3 is no region lockout.

@ChaosKeyBlade27 The way G3 came to be was mostly due to Tomino's novels being very different then the series. *SPOILERS for the novel* Amuro's Gundam was destroyed by Lalah, and the G3 was a new Gundam built from the parts of his and another Gundam prototype. The coloring was Tomino's preference, and IIRC what the Gundam was originally going to look like before Sunrise changed it for merchandising.

And for further clues on its power, just watch the Dendrobium Orchis' mega beam cannon in 0083. Just passing close by, it was enough to completely melt the barrels of a Musai's mega particle cannons.

Or the mega beam rifles and mega beam cannons of Victory Gundam. 1 shot from the Victory 2's mega beam rifle in episode 49 (IIRC) was enough to destroy 9+ MS in its line of fire with several others beyond. The mega beam cannon would be MORE powerful than that.

No, it's the RX-78-7. The RX-78-3 is the G3 Gundam (the grey and blue one) from the original novels.

That has nothing to do with it. The huge cannon of the HFA 7th gundam is supposedly the exact same power as a battleship's main batteries and yet it's weaker than the original Gundam's tiny beam rifle.

What's also disappointing is that in the final mission they make your gundam so weak that it takes approximately a full clip from the beam rifle to kill a gelgoog.
