@dandae64 Do you already introduce the crack? Two clicks on "My computer". In the virtual drive that daemon tolls created, right click on the image of the game, open, and you search the crack. Copy this crack and put where you install the game. The computer ask you to substitute, you say yes. Then you can try open the game. Sorry about my english. I hope you understand.

I got Daemon tool, and I want to use it to play my Sims 2 (i have 3 and Medieval but i just want 2) Now, i get how to do it thanks to the Vid above, but the thing is i can't find an .ISO. I didn't have to download my game, i had the disks but my CD/DVD ROM is not working. Any advice?

Before i updated mine it was working fine then i had to reinstall it coz all of a sudden the sims wouldn't auto run it would just be mounted and NOTHING happens... AFTER updating i couldn't add a virtual device AT ALL T^T help pls and thankyou.

@hafaball yes because it is like the DVD... it has all the game's dvd and binary codes... iso must always be "mounted" with Daemon in order for the game to work.. never get rid of the iso file

@lolsomeWaffle U have to download a .iso file in order for it to work.. thats the only format... or at least two files in like mds. mdf. format that you can convert it into a .iso with Alcohol120%..... there are like thousands of videos on it.. youtube it.

Make sure the "disk" ur trying to use is a .iso format rather than a .dmg file.. make sure its "openable" in windows! :) good lck

@zZIMonsterIZz Perhaps the downloaded file was compacted into a .rar. If so, select all the files you downloaded that end in .rar and right click -> extract here.

You should now have a .iso file, which you can mount and then use. Mounting it is as easy as going to daemon tools, hitting the mount image button, and double click the .iso file. Then go to My Computer and in the E(?) drive your game will be ready for installation/play

@djn12006 You downloaded the wrong version.. you have to make sure that you downloaded a .iso file before downloading.. just click the number of files on the torrent page and it'll show you what the torrent consists of and then make sure theres a .iso file. this is on thepiratebay before you download.. once you have the .iso downloaded, just follow the tutorial.

okay so i downloaded avp 2 for my pc and had daemon tools forever but i found out while mounting the game that there was a cd 2 so i mounted both onto separate drives but the game still wont work so im wondering is there a way to merge both iso. so i can use daemon tools coreectly?

@babaganuche7 You might be able to do that only if u extract the files inside the individual .iso files and then created a new .iso file from the combined old .iso files.. i hope u get it.. combine files from old to make a new .iso file that you can mount using daemon tools lite.. there is a program that does this for you but i don't remember what it's name is.. sorry. i'll try to find it for you but no promises.. u might be able to do it with winrar but not sure. good luck

@crowb14 Yes.. the sepcific link is safe.. if you use piratebay for other stuff.. just make sure you are downloading the right stuff... You can use jdownloader to download the torrent but i recommend utorrent as its faster, reliable and way better. Once you have the files downloaded into your computer, all you'll have to do is follow the tutorial.. Let me know if you need anything else... Once mounted, it should ask to install and stuff.. good luck.

guarda avevo già provato a reinstallarlo sempre con successo la versione è l'ultima ovvero la 4.35.6...anche io credo ci sia un problema con i file iso perchè una volta scaricato ed estratto non trovo un file con su scritto di fianco ISO...cioè è come se non ci fosse nessun file iso ma da dove scarico è esplicitamente scritto di montare l'immagine ho provato con diversi file ma niente...comunque grazie dell'aiuto

io ho riscontrato il seguente problema...installo con successo daemon tools ma cliccandoci col sinistro e andando su unità zero come da istruzioni mi appare la normale pagina di apertura file....il problema è che non mi visualizza i file dovuti...ovvero mi visualizza solo le cartelle e se io vado dove ci sono i file mi visualizza unicamente le cartelle se non ci sono cartelle non mi visualizza niente e mi dice la cartella è vuota...ho già riscontrato più volte questo problema a cosa è dovuto?

@grandelore14 Try reinstalling it and make sure you are installing Daemon Tools Lite.. if neither works, make sure the file you are trying to mount is a .iso file... it should work.. this happens when either you have a old version of the software and its not supported by the developers or you have the wrong version..
