you have inspired me...my tummy is alot like your old one - maybe a bit larger..I worked out with a trainer a few years ago. since then I put on 15lbs. however, no matter how hard I tried, the tummy was just there - sagging...nasty to look at..I am planning to lose some weight so that I can have the surgery done..Thank you for the videos because they helped me make up my mind..THANK YOU :)
I think thats good but I feel that tummy tuck is cheating people work long and hard to lose weight and are rewarded with toned muscles, exercise is no walk in the park; you have to really pass that comfort line and do it DAILY, people make it look totally easy but its not if you want to burn all those callories and balace your diet. And it can be done. But I admire your bravery and stregth because I could never do an operation like that!
Hi Becky, my name is Rebecca and I have showed all your video and I wanna say congratulation for your surgery and I wanna share with you about the scar that you still seen will be gone in within 1 year and will look better and not even you can see it in the future, cause my aunt has done tummy tuck surgery after gave birth to 5 baby at first 3 month she unhappy but after past a year she has a big fat smiles on her face... so congrat.
i have lost 50 pounds in the last 6 months. I still have 30 pounds to loose and i have been looking into getting a tummy tuck. It is inpiring to see the results that you got. I am very happy for you.
Are you kidding me??? One would never know that you are post partem, you look fantastic !! Great job, it's very obvious from your slender frame and nice tone, that you have worked very hard to achieve this. :)
Hey Becky I love how Ur procedure turned out I've watched all your videos they are awesome!!! (: && well I was wondering if you could give me the information where you got your tummy tuck? Like who's the surgeon? & where is it at? Thank you i would really appreciated it (: Irene
you look ssooo great! congratulations. lol im sorry but Im going through all your videos. You are motivating me through these videos to get the surgery done, thank you!!
OMG! Your tummy looks Awesome!! My tummy looks a lot like your before tummy. I've had 2 pregnancies and my tummy is so stretched out from them. I would love to have a TT but we just can't afford it. Maybe someday I can get my "Mommy Makeover". You look Amazing!

@MegaMeng86 Yes, it is painful. But it was worth it for me. They give you good pain meds for the first 2 weeks. I don't have a very high tolerance for pain, but I handled this very well. I think it all depends on how badly you want it. Good luck to you. :)
@marleneusa0904 I worked out very hard core for 3 months and lost 20+ lbs. Look into High Intensity Interval Training. Also, I do a lot of weightlifting and genral cardio. I didn't get motivated until 6 months post op -- but it was soo worth it -- I am so proud to be back to my ideal weight. :) Good luck to you.
Becky, Seen alot of your videos.. You look Fabulous!! I had a tummy tuck 3 weeks ago, and found your videos to be very Motivational/Inspirational. Thanks for sharing!
HELLO GUYS I LOST A LITTLE MORE THAN 100 POUNDS, I'M GOOD NOW, BUT I STILL HAVE MY BELLY JUST HANGING AND IT'S LIKE, SKIN, NOT FAT, IT'S LIKE...I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE, I WANNA HAVE SURGURY BUT I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S GONNA BE TAKING ALL AWAY AND HAVE IT LIKE REAL TIGHT LIKE I WANT IT TO BE, I MEAN, I DON'T KNOW, IS IT EXPENSIVE ? AND HEALTHY ?
Becky, wow I really admire your going thru with the surgery. I gained 55 lbs over the past 10 yrs, 3 kids, 2 ex's and a now husband, lol... I'm so ashamed of my body. Ive been thinking about the tummy tuck and lipo for a year now, and I am very nervous. I have heard a lot of good and horror including death from the procedure so i'm afraid. Should I lose weight prior to the surgery? Where is your surgeon located, and what is his information if you don't mind. Thank you for posting your journey!
@acblessed Yes, I would lose as much weight as possible before the procedure. They say 20 lbs within your weight goal is reasonable. Good luck and I've personally emailed you my surgeons' info. :)
@MyPureBeauty10 Yes, this can be financed. I know there are many financing option out there. You can get reliable information from plastic surgeons offices.
@srahassan congratulations on your surgery! I'm trying really hard to get that exercise video up . . .i want it to be realy thourough and good . . .so stay tuned for it!
@srahassan for me PERSONALLY. I did not start working out until 6 months post op. I was about 9 months post op in this video. Surgeons will give clearance to begin exercise 6-8 weeks post op. I'm coming out w/ a video soon on my workout routine and what I did to get in shape.
I just HAD to say you look freakin INCREDIBLE! I'm so happy to see this work out so well for you =) I'll be needing it myself soon, so your videos have been a tremendous help! Thank you for sharing and keep it up, girl! =)
Becky I am so inspired and amazed by your story and transformation! You look awesome...no one would ever guess that you have 3 kids! Thank you for sharing your TT journey. If you have time, we'd love to hear about what you've been doing to get yourself in such great shape. Thanks!! :-)

Wow...you are such an inspiration. Iam just now 3 months post surgery. I ve been watching your follow up videos and comparing them to my own experience and it helps to see some one else going through the same procedures and concerns and worries and realize that its normal. Thanks for sharing! Now I have some encouragement to lose more weight. You look great! How did you do it?
i had a surgery 4 months ago before surgery i was140 now im 135 i really really want to know your diet and work out you did to get to loose the pounds you lost please im desperate i feel the same fat just with straight stomach . YOU LOOK GREATTTTTTTT
@claribelsoto the biggest factor w/ my weightloss was sheer motivation. I hit the gym 4 days a week for 1-2 hours. I want you to look up HIIT or "high intensity interval training" I know there are a few vids here on youtube that describe what it is. THAT was the number 1 workout in the gym for me. Weightlifting is also VERY important for weight loss. In order for me to have that ab definition you see in this vid, I have to eat very "clean" ~cont . ..
@beckrsr Low on carbs, high in lean protein (chicken/turkey breast or fish) lots of vegetables and fruit. Very little animal products and fats. Not very intersting at all . . .but it works. Not eating a bunch of carbs is the most difficult for me. But when I do eat them, I try to make sure they are good quality . . .no enriched flour, refined sugar, white rice, etc. Once you get down to your weight goal, then you can start relaxing w/ your diet. Then you can just maintain your weight!
@katakitto Thanks so much . . .that means a lot to me. It really does. Good luck w/ your c section. i know it's scary going into something like this. It will make you stronger!!! After I had twins, I felt like I could do pretty much anything! Try not to "what if" anything. It will drive you crazy. Thanks again for your super sweet comment . . .really appreciate it. :)
Hello becky, thanks for all the steps of this tummy tuck ... it helps a lot with makeing a desicion about going to all this for a nice belly.. a lot of information how it goes after the surgery... not often shared so open... thank you for sharing
@georgandjulie thank you! I can't tell you how happy it makes me when I hear someone tell me that they have been helped by my videos. So, thank you for sharing that w/ me. Good luck on whatever you decide . . .and thanks for taking the time out to write me. :)
@bambie3384 THANK YOU! You have left AWESOME comments on my videos and you are SO sweet. Thank you soooo much. Thanks for your words of encouragement and support. It feels great to have the positive feedback . . .so thank you!!!! Taking the time out to comment is so nice, and i really appreciate it. :)
@lachikiis1990 yes, soooo happy! I've lost 8 more lbs since this video and I feel AWESOME. I'm actually away on vacation and I'm wearing a BIKINI for the first time post babies! And I actually feel confident! It's a miracle!!!! Thanks for your comment. :)
Hey u look good!!! I got my tummy tuck done 2 going on 2 months and abbs are flat and i want them tone and more flatter what do u eat do u eat what ever or do u eat healty and what kind of work out do u do and how often pleat tell me...Thank u jenny
@jennyvasq74 the biggest factor w/ my weightloss was sheer motivation. I hit the gym 4 days a week for 1-2 hours. Hi u look great!!! I had my done going on 2 months and i was wondering do u eat what ever or do u try to eat healty and what kind of exercise do u do for ur abbs and how often cause my abs look good to but its still swollen and i want to get it flatter and nice....pleas let me know how to work my abs to look better. Thanks Jenny
June 21st is my big day. I can't wait. I have gone from 310 lbs down to 175. I think after the surgery, I will probably be down to 160 ish or so. That is what the doc said. My baby girl will be 1 soon. I am so excited!
@lalagirlintexas1 WOW WOW!! You are are amazing!!!! I am so proud of you for your weight loss accomplishment. It truly is incredible! I am SOOO excited for you about your tummy tuck! Would love to be updated as you embark on your journey! And please let me know if I can be of any help. :) You GO!!! And don't let anyone tell you otherwise. :)
you look great ! im getting this done in 5 days i cant wait ..(.i too have three kids my youngest is 10 mths) ......thank you for all your videos this is exactly what i was looking for !
@TrishahhR I'm SO glad! Congratulations! Very very exciting. Thank you so much for the positive feedback, and I'm really glad the vids have been helpful for you. :)
@lebiram5 believe it or not. this is a very common question. Of course, they say 6 weeks. BUT, as long as you are careful, you can do it as soon as it is not painful.
you look great! I had a TT done on the 19th and this thurs i get the drains out which im so nervous about. I akready see a difference on my belly and im sooo happy. The drains are a bit painful for me it feels like there tape sticking to me and getting up and down is a struggle but once im up im fine.
@TheDHAMER Wow! Congratulations! How are the drains now? Were you able to get them removed? I'm excited for you about your new flat tummy. It is a wonderful feeling. Keep me posted1
you look fantastic! How supportive was your husband during this whole process? I was also wondering how long before they say that you can go back to work after the procedure?
@lorra1972 Thank you! My husband was very supportive -- he pretty much had to be. :) It was all I thought about or talked about once I realized that belly wasn't going anywhere. He was VERY supportive and knew it was important to me. So . . .I went back to work at 6 weeks . . .but I felt I probably could have handled it at 4 weeks. Also depending on what type of job you have . . .I've known women to go back at 2 and 3 weeks post op.
Thankyou for your response.. your videos are very helpful and I admire your courage to follow through with your goals. Your progress is absolutely amazing!!!
hi, if you would email me i would really appreciate that its the nick name at gmail , im really serious about getting it done and would just like to ask couple of questions about the doctor and stuff
freakin awesome results...omg..that is insane!! good for you, you gotto be happy with what you see. life is too short and you look incredible, all around! inspirational!
Great work!!! Is there anything you still can't do in the gym because of the tuck (crunches with weights or any other exercise). Great work and thanks for sharing your story
@mkline718 Each surgeon has their own opinion on this. Mine said no ab work until 8 weeks. But it was still too painful for me until at least 4 months Post op. I didn't really start working out to my maximum capabilities until 6 months. Just listen to your body -- I know lots of women that jump right back into the gym at 6 weeks and they feel great.

Hey u look good!!! I got my tummy tuck done 2 going on 2 months and abbs are flat and i want them tone and more flatter what do u eat do u eat what ever or do u eat healty and what kind of work out do u do and how often pleat tell me...Thank u jenny
jennyvasq74 1 year ago
@jennyvasq74 the biggest factor w/ my weightloss was sheer motivation. I hit the gym 4 days a week for 1-2 hours. I want you to look up HIIT or "high intensity interval training" I know there are a few vids here on youtube that describe what it is. THAT was the number 1 workout in the gym for me. Weightlifting is also VERY important for weight loss. In order for me to have that ab definition you see in this vid, I have to eat very "clean" ~cont . ..
beckrsr 1 year ago
@jennyvasq74 Low on carbs, high in lean protein (chicken/turkey breast or fish) lots of vegetables and fruit.

June 21st is my big day. I can't wait. I have gone from 310 lbs down to 175. I think after the surgery, I will probably be down to 160 ish or so. That is what the doc said. My baby girl will be 1 soon. I am so excited!

how long do you wait for having a sex with your husband after the t t
lebiram5 1 year ago
@lebiram5 believe it or not. this is a very common question. Of course, they say 6 weeks. BUT, as long as you are careful, you can do it as soon as it is not painful.

you look fantastic! How supportive was your husband during this whole process? I was also wondering how long before they say that you can go back to work after the procedure?
lorra1972 1 year ago
@lorra1972 Thank you! My husband was very supportive -- he pretty much had to be. :) It was all I thought about or talked about once I realized that belly wasn't going anywhere. He was VERY supportive and knew it was important to me. So . . .I went back to work at 6 weeks . . .but I felt I probably could have handled it at 4 weeks. Also depending on what type of job you have . . .I've known women to go back at 2 and 3 weeks post op.

Great work!!! Is there anything you still can't do in the gym because of the tuck (crunches with weights or any other exercise). Great work and thanks for sharing your story
mkline718 1 year ago
@mkline718 Each surgeon has their own opinion on this. Mine said no ab work until 8 weeks. But it was still too painful for me until at least 4 months Post op. I didn't really start working out to my maximum capabilities until 6 months. Just listen to your body -- I know lots of women that jump right back into the gym at 6 weeks and they feel great.
