Not exactly what I expected. Where are the specifics? How can kids who grow up without books, reading, writing, and language skills be expected to take on and succeed at "new tech" jobs in our cities?
How do we keep what will probably be the last available pulse of investment capital we can derive from cheap oil based industrial processes from being squandered in a fight to provide programs which are designed to "keep the lid on" cities?
