  • JIMMY STRUTHERS

  • @JHump14SD Dave Tate featured it as his video of the video on elite fts. This guy is a total hero

  • ti petamenos einai autos

  • too much momentum.......

  • Very strong...if the length is bothering you, maybe try leaning against the dumbell rack, it shouldn't clip your leg then, but it will change the dynamics of the lift a bit, because you will be more upright...just a thought.

  • form is a bit weird your sort of jerking it up with your whole body rather than pulling it up with your back.

I personally would find half that weight done with full ROM for the same number of reps far more impressive.

Also you would be better off doing it self-supported rather than on a bench cos your leg wouldn't be in the way then.

  • wouldn't doing a weight that you could lift all the way up to the side of the rib cage area be better? not hating this is a question

  • @TheSweatybutcher ehh... not necessarily. Heavier weight strengthens tendons and ligaments... builds conditioning due to the large rep range/ weight ratio... all sorts of benefits from this. Keep in mind, strength is the goal, not looking to be a bodybuilder focusing on being aesthetics. This is only my opinion of course! Try it out for yourself... use heavy weights high reps with a lax concentration on ROM... bet it helps your full ROM lighter work. Good luck!

  • Take off the straps and gloves. Burn them both. Invest in some chalk and start doing some deadlifts. You will explode.

  • thats nothing
