  • gaaf dat nederland zo'n geweldige hond heeft kunnen creëren^^, ik neem er later waarschijnlijk 2

    awesome muziekje trouwens

  • KAWAII!!!!!

  • wat een muziek he :s

  • ik wil later een saarlooswolfshond, denk ik^^

  • cute!

  • can they be obtained in NY (USA)? are they easy to train? are they socialable? and what are there excercise requirements? sorry 'bout all the questions, I'm just really curious

  • they are different then all other dogs serioesly they need exersising or else they get bored they are not realy social you need to train them you shoud realy think about buying one they are realy difficult dogs excuse me for my english im dutch if you have anny questions just ask

  • @PARRANOIZ3 So what? A real sled dog would need execise, a real shepherd dog, hunting dog or livestock guardian dog would need exercise too. Are you sure that you are not comparing them only with pet-dogs? Many dogs are difficult to handle because they are not suitable as simple pets.

  • I think this was the dog breed that was crossed with the german shepherd in the 1920s buy the Dutch. But the experiment went wrong, all that came out of it were vicious dogs, that couldn't be tamed. They only thing the German Shepherd got from it's wolf cousins, was the long muzzle and bushy tail.

  • Close, but no cigar. A Dutch breeder crossbred a German Shepherd and a Eurasian Wolf in an attempt breed out Distemper (note, Distemper, not viciousness). He succeeded to a degree, it has the strong imposing traits of a German Shepherd, but it like a Wolf it is very cautious and lacks the ferocity to attack unprovoked. The "experiment" was only considered a failure because his first generation hybrids all succumbed to distemper.

  • Wolf blood is also bred into a lot of different working lines (and breeds as a whole!) to give the dog more of a loyal instinct, as well as making the puppy's extremely trainable.

  • Where are you getitng that from? If anything, adding a wolf into the working line would make the immediate generation much harder to train. Wolfdogs are notorious for hard to train.

  • High percentage wolfdog hybrids are dangerous and difficult to train due to their strong primal instincts.. When bred with an already naturally intelligent breed and re-domesticated, wolf blood can be extremely helpful where trainability is concerned

  • cruel.?? how come.??

  • you coudn't give a real wolf what he needs. beside i think it's really dangerous.

  • is it possible to tame a pure wolf at home.? i mean make it harmless.??

  • No, and besides, that would be crule.

  • at this age the look allmost pure wolf
