The guy with the white cloth (mawashi) that stands on the other wrestler to "help him" stretch is Hakuho, the mongolian Yokozuna (Grand Champion) of Japanese Sumo today. He weighs 154kg (340 lbs) and is 1m92 (6'4) tall. That must hurt !
they do stretch to the point they will pull certian muscles to far out that why they can lay flat even some of the biggest sumo wrestlers sumo wrestlers at this stage all pain and work for the glory and money that in the future they hope to have
