the problem with this vid to the keen observer is that when the camera attempts to zoom on the object, it turns blurry without affecting the positioning of the stars behind it. watch again, and you will see this vid is fake.

The explanation they gave on that case was that it was a satelite in low orbit and left it there but what is strange is that it moved around and it stopped a couple of hours at that point they were showing, so in another words it can not be a satelite plus the change of collors blue and red simultaniously.

He informed the object moved from East to South and stopped near a school where it kept doing a small orbit. The orbit became larger and so did the object and then it moved from West to East where it stopped again above Acre´s Federal University Forest Reserve. Note it shows a ring form twice between 0:27s and 0:30s.

The object was visible for two hours before the reporter arrived. It was described as red with blue flashing light. It was said to be making small orbits as it progressed and it originally appeared at 10PM - so forget Venus. But - it might be a hoax - a balloon carrying a flashing red and blue device if no wind is present , could look the same. Good video, but why didn't anyone track the device by car to see where it wound up? Everyone just went to bed?
