I bought the same one with a sundowner seat and a backrest for $19,200.00 in July. This is my 1st H-D. I've had a lot of Hondas over the last 25+yrs. You are right, EyeM, this bike is smooooooth! I want to do something to the pipes myself, but haven't decided what to do yet. the stock pipes are just too quiet. I don't want to wake the neighbors, but I do want to hear the exhaust note too, instead of just engine noise. I just think that it's beautiful and the ride is great!
I bought one of these last January. Of course we had one of the coldest winters ever here in Missouri so it sat a while. No crash bars on mine. Easy on/off windshield and fixin to install Vance and HInes Longshots and PowerCommander5. Got mine for $19,100 at Yeager's HD in Sedalia, Mo. It is a great motorcycle. It's the 3rd HD I've owned. Even for a rigid mount motor this bike is one of the smoothest I've ever ridden. It shifts super smooth. Sometimes it'll fall into gear before you know it.
Beautiful bike, now that Im nearing my time to buy a Harley, I can't wait to buy a Deluxe! I wanted a custom, but when I sat on the Deluxe it was all over; gotta have one. Mount the cam on your bike and take us for a ride.
I wouldn't pay three dollars for a Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki or any other copycat bike - I love my Heritage Softail.

How did you switch your headlights of.
Ernest471023 2 years ago
There's a switch on the left fork that will turn off the two running lights. The headlight is always on when the ignition switch in on.
