    SLOWER AND CONTROLLED MOTION WILL HIT THE SPECIFIC MUSCLE WHICH U WANT TO GROW, AS OPPOSED TO UNCONTROLLED FASTER REPS WHERE NUMBER OF OTHER MUSCLES WHICH COME INTO PLAY WHEN REPS ARE PERFORMED IN A FASTER PACE. BODY DOES SO TO INCORPORATE THE ACTIVITY, YOU HAVE TO LIFE WITH THE MUSCLE YOU WANT TO BUILD......SECRET and common sense which comes aftr years of stupidNESS. Peace
