There are so many great choices and alternitives but we simply don't think about them .   • @gairrettinc you would have been much better off having a big slice of ham and eggs for breakfast. The protein would have lasted you a long time and you would'nt have been ravaged. The banana is full of sugar...fast burn, then gone. Join my reader forum fattoskinny net

    I would like to have some help here,

    im 18 years old and i weigh 103kg (not all fat, im pretty masculine)

    that's becouse i snack more then i should do and i have allmost no exercise apart from the daily walk from and too school.

    Anyhow.. i would like to lose atleast 10-15kg in about 2-4 months.

    without going onto a full diet.

    what things should i eat? and what should i avoid?

  • It's not that you eat too much, your simply eating the wrong mix. Everything we eat, hundreds of products all break down to only one of three things, FAT, SUGAR or PROTEIN. The ONLY thing that puts weight on our bodies is excess blood sugar. Blood sugar is our fuel, we burn it every day all day long, even when we sleep. What we do not burn we store as excess fuel in the form of FAT. If you want to lose weight simply stop eating and drinking the ingredients that metabolize into blood sugar.

  • Coming from Malaysia seafood must be fairly common in your diet, as well as rice and fruit. Eliminate the rice and fruit and replace them with green leafy veggies. If lean meats are available eat them as well. Remember "meats and greens will make you lean, sugar and carbs will make you large" Motivation to jog will come as your energy increases.

  • Great video! I lost 108 pounds in 5 months by the old fashion way. Hard work and education about food nutrition and living a lifestyle. People don't need diets or drugs.

  • You're welcome Scott, yes any exercise will increase the spead in which the body needs to burn the stored fuel, just make sure to eat plenty of protein to replenish the muscles and drink plenty of water while working out

  • Thanks! I lost 6lbs in 7 days. I don't think I will ever go back to sugar. My mom died 5/6/08 at the age of 63 due to complications of uncontrolled type 2 diabetes and I don't want to end up like her.

  • I lost 6 lbs my first week sugar free and eating low good carbs with protien and good fat. AND....no working out! Would like to add some type of workout though. 178 down to 172 and I'm 5'5

  • Hi PK, It's not that the banana or the juice is "bad" for you, they are wonderful fruits....but.... If you are trying to lose weight you must realize that the banana turns into the same amount of blood sugar as if you ate 4.5 teaspoons of sugar, 8 oz of OJ= 6.5 teaspoons of sugar. Remove these fruits from your diet if you are trying to lose weight.

  • Hi PK, skip the grapefruit, loaded with sugar. The only fruits I want you to eat are strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and avacado.....in moderation, no more than a 1/2 cup a day in total. stick with proteins, fats and green leafy veggies... remember this rule..."Meats and greens with make you lean, Sugar and carbs will make you large" You may want to check out my book, FAT to SKINNY Fast And Easy located on my website for a complete easy to follow program.

  • In simple terms, Type 1 is when your pancreas simply isn't functioning properly. Natural insulin isn't being produced at a normal rate. Type 2 is when you've overloaded your system with so much sugar that a "normal rate" of insulin simply can't keep up and the doc puts you on insulin suppliments in the form of shots or pills. Ask your doc if you're type one or type two. As a side note, type 2 diabetes was always known as "Sugar Diabetes" until the lobbyist did their jobs and had it changed.

  • but I have diabetes (type 1) and I need to drink juice, often more than one time per day. I drink those juicebriks and there is 250 ml in it. I often need more than one juicebrik at a day! How can I lose weight if I keep on drinking that sugarholding drink ??

  • Hi DK, Sorry to hear about your type 1 diabetes. For viewers info, Type 1 Diabetes occurs when the pancreas doesnt produce insulin and the afflicted must inject insulin to control blood sugar. This is usually genetic. Type 2 Diabetes occurs when the pancreas cannot produce enough insulin to lower high quantities of blood sugar. This is usually self inflicted. The FAT TO SKINNY program can reverse type 2 but cannot cure type 1. I'll address your question in the following comment

  • Your sugars need to very carefully monitored. Check with your doctor first but my thoughts are to lower your intake of carbs from every direction you can while still maintaining a healthy blood sugar level.Watch your intake of starch, fructose, refined sugars etc... Eat several small meals per day high in protein and check your sugars regularly. Most type I diabetics I know are fairly thin My guess is if your heavy you probably eat allot of bread, pasta, pizza and other high glycemic foods.

  • Hello Hestrex, you do indeed need to get a handle on your weight gain. You need to be on my program. It's easy to follow and you'll lose weight fast and safe. If you're ready to get rid of the man boobs you should consider ordering the book.

  • You should exercise and diet. Nothing better than that. NOTHING! It's just something you have to get over and actually do. If you are too lazy to do that then what makes you think you'll ever lose weight? There is no magic to doing it. Go outside and do something.

  • walk for at least 1 hour everyday. you can break it up to half an our in the morning and half in the evening, whatever works for you. try some exercise that work on building muscles for you so that your muscles can burn calories even when you're not exercising. theres this guy on youtube who does exercise videos and i truly believe hes trying to help people lead a healthy lifestyle with straightfoward facts, his channel is "standfirm". i think, if that doesn't work message me.

Each person has a different metabolism and some have more fat burning cells than others. All of us start to lose those cells as we age so even the people that are able to eat high sugar at a young age will run into problems at an older age if they don't change their eating habits.

  • I know it may seem like your diet is limited if you want to lose weight, but it's not. The key is to stay away from refined sugar, and foods that metabolize into sugar. I have full listings for foods to avoid and for foods to eat as well as links to replacement foods. I also have many pages of recipes in the book. Way too many to list here. You may want to consider downloading the book if your serious about getting or staying in shape.

  • Nestles Shreddies contain the equivalent of eating 7 teaspoons of sugar per serving size. The serving size is listed as 45 grams. My guess is you eat twice that amount per sitting. I would not recommend them to my readers, too much sugar!

  • Lose weight fast and easy! I like how you are not the typical "get rich quick" "Lose weight while sitting on your couch" type of guy. I got your ebook and love the recipes! The food is what controls the weight and other weight loss diets mean boring or very little food. This is a smart and healthy way to lose weight. I've lost 4 pounds this week and enjoyed the food. To other youtubers out there, this guy Doug is the real deal, with a real and honest plan that works. Highly recommended.
