  • Props dude! pretty sweet job! ^^

nice changeup you got going on, keepin it moving and changing it up as you go

    rly cool :D

  • hey nice cover :D

can u drum wild hogs from crash 1?:D

  • No, sorry :(

I don't have the song and I only played few stages from Crash 1 so I'm not familiar with the source material.

Sorry to disappoint you there, but I'm still thankful you liked this one :)

  • Man, i spent a lot of my childhood playing crash games! ahhh man i miss them days =D nice cover on the drums btw ^_^

and where did you get the music cos i cant find it anywhere! O:

  • Thank you! I too loved playing Crash 2 and still do ;)

I got the music from my primary music source, Galbadia Hotel. Just google it and it'll show up as the first result. Though, Google once said that the site might contain malicious software etc., but I've had no problem in two years!

  • holy sh*t! And i thought i would never find anyone who plays drums to crash music :). but i did! I loovee drumming to crash songs. 5/5

  • Oh so you play drums, too? That's nice!

I'm glad you were able to find something that was pleasing enough to listen to :)

    Thanks for watching!

  • that's intense

  • I'm very glad to hear you like Crash 2 music also, thanks :)

  • You know, from this video, I thought you weren't that buff. Then I watched some of the drumming videos where you wore a white shirt and looked more muscly. When I saw that, I was like, "Holy shit. He's that pumped?" I guess it's the black shirt, making you look tinner. Lol.

  • Hahhahhah!

Well, I'm actually quite tall and that makes me look thin but I think my shoulders make me look bigger :D

I don't go to gym or anything like that, so... :)

  • Yeah, I noticed it was your shoulder. Lol.

  • Cool :D

  • Yup, the music truly is cool :)

    Thanks for tuning in.

  • Who ever recorded this boss fight track must have taken forever to defeat Ripper Roo. Lol.

  • Hahhah, true :P

  • excellent! This has never been done before. Keep going and do other tracks as well in the crash series. I think you will do well.

  • Thanks, glad you got to see this then :)

I'll keep on going and hopefully will get some other Crash songs out here eventually, they're all so cool!

  • Josh was here.

Hey, more trivia, he was listening to alot of trash metal when he wrote the boss music, lol.

  • 'thrash' metal not 'trash' ~/: ) jm

  • Lol. I can't tell them apart.

  • Yeah trash is like garbage and thrash is sort of beating up.

I couldn't figure the difference myself neither, first.

  • Wow, that's so cool!

I'm a fan of thrash metal myself :)

But still, what an twist! I did not know that thrash could inspire something like this, but I guess it makes sense :D

  • He said about this when I think he saw the poster on your wall, lol.

It's hard to decipher the two words since they are spelled very similarly. Too bad there's no sub genre of music called Scrap Metal, lol.

  • Yeah I get some comments about the posters, also :P

    Scrap metal, hahhah! Good one.

  • woow very good

  • Thanks :)

  • Hey, you think you could do the Crash Bandicoot Warp room song?

  • You mean from Crash Bandicoot 2 or 3?

I am not sure, but I can definitely give it a shot!

  • Crash 3. I don't think the song would be too hard.

  • Yeah I distantly remember that it wasn't too hard. I'll try seeking it out and downloading in a while.

  • Alright. Where'd you download it? Galbadia Hotel?

  • Hmm... Yes, only if this computer would connect me there! Sometimes I can't connect Galbadia Hotel but after few days it works fine again.

Right now I can't connect, it says that there was a "problem loading page".

So I'll write this request up and try searching for that song few days later.

  • Actually, it says in Firefox that the site address doesn't exist. Though, I downloaded the tracks for Warped though. How you think I could send it?

  • awsome, i love this game ur vid brought back memories

  • That's really nice, I'm very glad you liked it also :)

  • This was enough to convince me to go play the game, lol.

  • You know, I actually went back to play CB 2 just cause I listened to this, lol.

  • I've been wanting to play it, too! :D

Just in the past few days... Time to dust up the ol' PlayStation.

  • Can you make more Crash songs, please!!!

  • Well... Mutato Muzika has made some pretty good tunes but they are hard to cover (for me, at least).

BUT I can give it a shot. I'll send you private message if I ever get the job done!

  • You know, I actually spoke to Josh Mancell, one of the masterminds behind Mutato Muzika.

  • Wow!!

How did you get this chance to speak with him, if I may ask?

I hope you told him how good work they have been doing, especially in the Crash- series? :)

  • He...... had a Youtube account.

No, I didn't tell him how good his works were, but I did find out a few cool things such as what programs he used back then and now. He also told me how and when he made the music. I could tell you too.

  • Well, sure.

It would be cool to know when he did come up with that stuff and what programs he used, though I'm not familiar with much of the music emulator programs, yet.

  • Well, back then which was during the CB series, he used Opcode Studio Vision. Now he uses MOTU Digital Performer(about $400). Sometimes he'd play the level then compose the tracks one layer at a time. Sometimes he was just given a reference for the level. He also kindly recommended Sony Acid Music Studio.

  • Oh, cool!

Really interesting to hear especially how he came up with some of the song structures.

Also nice softwares there, need to check them out when considering the quality they had put out on Crash- series!

  • Don't forget the Jak series. If you could dish out $400 for MUTO Digital Performer, I support you. But Opcode Studio Vision is no longer existent which was what Josh told me. If you're going for Sony Acid Music Studio, heck, I can help you get it free.

Hey, maybe if the MIDI tracks for any of the music he's made are still existent, I can ask him to send me them then you can see how he made them! Also, I heard he worked on some movies, I forgot what they were though.

  • Whoah, sounds really nice!

Though, I'm short on money :/

How can you get Sony Acid Music Studio for free?!

I wouldn't mind if I could get a glimpse at the MIDI tracks :D

But the movies sounded really interesting, that would be cool to hear his work on them!

Wonder what kind of movies he has contributed to..?

  • I get you links for a full free download. PM me.

I dunno if I could get them, it was just a crazy thought.

  • Hey man, I'm not demanding anything :)

    So relax :P

But a download link would still be awesome, but like said, I'm not demanding or anything.

  • Great job, dude. Crash 2 was a childhood favourite of mine too.

  • Heh, that's really cool :) I used to play it waaayyy too much, hahhah :D

  • Ok, I'm telling everyone to subscribe to you, your AWSOME!!! I play drums too. Can you write out these songs so others can play too?

  • I highly appreciate your support, even if you won't recommend me to everybody :) Thank you!

Nice to know that you're a drummer, too. How long have you played?

You want drum notes or tabs? I don't have neither but if you want, I could try working on a Guitar Pro 4 version for these drums that I have played here?

  • I've been taking lessons for almost 5 years. What's Guitar Pro 4?

  • Guitar Pro 4 is a program that's used by some mediocre musicians to learn and tab songs mainly. It can also be used to create music for your own purpose, but it uses midi sounds so wouldn't use it anywhere public, you know...

Google it and read some info if you are interested. I sometimes tab out some drums on it when learning new songs.

The downside of the program is also that it's not free. But some people have hacked versions which serve as well as if they were paying for it.

  • Well, I do some mistakes but still continue and the rest is based on experience, if you were referring to the playing :D

Thanks for asking, I'm surprised that you were so awestruck.

    Do you play the drums?

Crash Bandicoot 2 has some cool songs to play along, if you manage to get them on mp3 or other format.

  • Radical (:10/10

  • Hahhah, rad! :P

Hey dude, thanks for commenting and watching!

  • Wow you are great !

  • Hi man! Thanks for checking this out and sharing interest in the game ;)

  • Yeah i love crash bandicoot :D

  • man...I LOVE IT! The was like my favorite game. After watching this..i seriously wished I never sold my play station. LOL...Keep on drumming man..

  • Yeah, this one was too the top games I had when I was younger. Though I still have it and my Playstation ;P

Thanks for watching and sharing the feeling.

    You too, keep on drumming!

  • that's awesome! i love the crash bandicoot music myself!

  • Hah, that's great! I grew up with Crash Bandicoot 2 so it's music is pretty much familiar to me and I just love it!

Mutato Muzika style was and is really unique and that's just one reason to like it.

Same thing with Crash Bandicoot 3 music, I love it. Though I found that game too challenging for myself :P
