Crap for brains and shit brain make their appearance. When I brought up to mom their was a part of the Evil Overlords list where someone said they wouldn't berate their flunkies for their incompetence and then just send then back out again, she immediately thought of these two dumbasses. I have a friend that complained they weren't in the second movie, so I said "Can you really picture them as posing a threat?" He admitted he couldn't.
