This is a group of young people that love God with all their hearts & want to be used in anyway, shape or form. There is no wrong way to worship God. Nothing wrong with getting a little radical with our praise. God deserves more then just a nice little hand clap. God knows where our hearts are at.And as long as one person was touched and ministered through this then we did what we went there to do. How unworthy we are to be used by God but where he say's to go we will follow. God Bless :)
This was amazing worship and I think that you have a great anointing and attitude about you! I pray that many more young people such as yourselves step out the proclaim the message of Jesus! I pray that God expands your ministry far and beyond the walls of church, to different religious organizations, conferences, convocations and conventions! I know God will open up many doors and give you favor to use your sign group to spread His message!

I really really like this song. Not because its fast or cuz it has a "cool" beat BUT because of the words. We need to get mad @the devil & take EVERYTHING he tried to steal from us! buut i don't agree w whoever said we need to try new things & different ways to reach ppl because everyone still has to come the same old way they did back in the day.
PART VII - I am sick of "Pharisees" looking down their noses, condemning young people who are making an effort to serve God. Those kids at youth convention were loving and worshipping God with all of their hearts. At the same time, there were young people in the streets shooting up drugs, aborting babies, gang fighting, and so-called Christians are not reaching the lost because they are too busy condemning the ones trying to live for God. What a shame!
PART VI - I have had the Holy Ghost for 42 years and lived a holy life since. Many of the new songs do not minister to me in the way I enjoy but I am old. When I was a teenager, I liked Nancy Grandquist songs while the old people of that day didn't. Now, you can listen to the songs Sis. Grandquist produced in the early 70's and you'd think they are just average good Christian songs.
PART V - Many of our churches have several deaf members. When a sign team using correct sign language ministers, they are allowing a deaf person to enjoy a choir they way we enjoy it. This is my most obvious answers of how youth convention is different from a nightclub.
PART IV - Another thing, I did not see any young men with their shirts open to the waist immodestly exposing their bodies, I did not see any young ladies with their besoms exposed, nor did I see any young ladies in mens apparel. Although not every attendee at youth convention dressed according to the average standards (because there were many new converts in attendance), the overwhelming majority looked holy.
PART III - Furthermore, I did not see any young man and woman dancing body to body to be seductive. All those dancing, were dancing with Jesus. I guess there could have been a sinner without understanding dancing for the fun of it, but they would have undoubtedly felt the power of the Holy Ghost in the building.
PART II - For starters, there were no songs with immoral lyrics. All songs at youth conference had Godly lyrics. Also, there were no alcoholic beverages being served. All those you saw jumping around and dancing were high on the Holy Ghost.
I have to agree it seems to be for show. if this was done in our church i take that back this would never been done in our church. I was at this conferenceor one that the hanford team did this song and i was so shocked.

I disagree with your comment. These drama's can be very powerful. I've seen souls won to God be this. If your gonna reach todays world, you've got to try new things. I've seen so many churches are still going on with the same 50 or so people that's been there for years. To me that's carnal. We've got to be open to different ways to reach people.

I bet some of the adults faces that were there were in shock! Our youth group loves Tye Tribbett and most of us have his new song....if we played this at a youth service when the adults were there they would probably pass out! lol

The Holy Spirit does not care if it's rap, rock, rhythym and praise, or traditional as long as it Gloriies and Magnifies Him and it does. For all those being judgemental - don't touch GODs annointed. You dear EllisMonroe have not a clue (based upon your statement above) what TRUE UNADULERATED praised. It DOES matter the type of music - if it resembles the world, then God gets no glory. I'd be pretty scared to try and put words in God's mouth. God will not use anything that is not pleasing to him, and the Sunday before this performance we did this song in our local church and four or five backsliders prayed through... u can say whatever u want but GOD is involved in that whole song.

I was there at YC and was DISGUSTED. I've been 2 the clubs. Know what it's like to be there. & here we wer at YC with Glow Sticks. Made me sad & mad. If I wanted 2 hav this "wordly performance" I would have NEVER gone 2 YC & would have gone back 2 the clubs.
