Tree-sitters. You need to occupy the trees. A few dedicated tree-sitters can block an entire clearcut for months. It's worked for decades in United States public lands.

It may be harder to do in younger forests, but it should be possible.

terribly sad. Unfortunately its happening all over the world in one way or another. Here in new york state in the u.s ,gas companies want too drill thousands of feet into the earth for gas in a process that can potentially destroy the water supply and cause health risks. In our middle states the mining companies have destroyed a great deal of the appalachian mountains with coal mining. In africa and south america it's the same story. Were also destroying the oceans. Yeah, its all so sad
