This guy, to me is more impressive than Matt Ryan. Thigpen didn't play the whole season and finished with 18 TD's and 13 picks. Not to mention he was on the chiefs. Matt Ryan had a defense and a running game to make him look good. I hope he beats out Cassel for the starting job because I liked watching this guy improve every sunday. Hell of a talent for the seventh round.
TYLER THIPEN=FUtuRE STARTER FOR CHIIFS! Hes playing great now 10 tds 5 ints isnt the best but hes develiping and is getting better and better every game. He looks like a great scrambler quterback too:)He was drafted in the 7th round and is playing way better than jamarcus russel the 1st quterback taken and 1st overall pick in the 2007 nfl draft.

sorry but Matt Cassel will be the starter. the Chiefs are not going to waste a trade like that. Thigpen will be the back-up for Cassel.
