@tradingtwinss Yes, they can! Its not about blood but about having Slytherin traits. Slytherin only wanted purebloods but we sure have many halfbloods or less there. It's said that not many of the Death Eaters revealed their blood status because they were ashamed of it. Mudbloods surely can be in Slytherin. There are just not many since Slytherin students tend to be prejudiced. They are cunning and clever and I'm quite sure us others can be too.

Hermione has many Slytherin moments if you ask me.

@queercharlie I actually disagree. Voldemort values intelligence and bravery and since she is the brains behind the trio, he would find her valuable. He was a half blood himself, and I don't think that he really believed in all that "purebloods are superior". Many of them were kinda brainless, and he chose Harry, the half blood, as his equal. Not the pureblooded Neville.

I think he would look over her blood status since, if she ended up in Slytherin, her blood status would be a little hush-hush.
