  • Fascinating!

As for experimenting with psychodelics, I find most people who are interested in spirtituality or mystisism usually try stuff out. This is often mistaken for hedonism by the majority, whereas I believe it's often used by saner people who are investigating a new way of interpreting theirlives. As they are not as gullible as most and somehow instinctively know that their way of dealing with things is at least unskillful and unsatisfactory.

  • @TheSeekerAll thank-you Seeker All, for expressing your appreciation for this work. I agree with you, my case histories show that those who arrive at some spiritual attainment are often times very experimental, and try many things, including psychedelics, as well as trying many different religions and meditation styles.

  • I did not know about American Indians making alcohol before the arrival of the Europeans. Thank you, very interesting.

  • @gabagne Yes, evidence of the fermentation of alcoholic beverages appears in the archaeological record of both north and south America, as well as elsewhere in the world. And, there is pretty good evidence that alcohol consumption was used to produce a religious experience in some cultures, which suggests that the origins of wine as a Christian sacrament might just be the pre-Christian use of alcohol consumption to produce a religious experience.

  • Whoa! @ 7:02....that little head movement was pretty psychedelic
