WOW I have just started playing street fighter on the 3ds and i thought it was alright so i decided to look for pro's play and they just use the same moves over and over again honestly tekken is much more complex, im not hatting street fighter but if this are supposed to be pro's well it kinda seems noobish

Just seen a new one and you're right, he is top tier. On this list however, Cody is pretty much bottom tier and Cody is great to use and popular. Fuudo didn't come out of nowhere. He was 2nd best Ryu in the japanese acrades in SF4. He won a big European tournament in 2010 beating Daigos Ryu if i'm not mistaken. Latif was more of an unknown for me than Fuudo
