seems like a nice recipe. im actually not a raw foodist but curious about it and watching vids on possible future recipes for myself..i think this will be one of the firsts i'll go for :)
Hi Miss April! It's been months, but I wanna try this again. I've been calling around town trying to find lucuma powder, and neither Whole Foods nor my local health food stores carry it. Do you buy yours online? Can you please give me the web site. Much Thanks!~Julie
Oh my goodness....this is so foreign to me! I have to try it!! I think your recipe consists of the vanilla nut tea, brazil nut milk (it sounds like you make this yourself), stevia, vanilla extract, lucuma power (I've never heard of this before), and something I missed......shilaze? If you could clarify that for me I'll run out to Whole Foods and start my new "coffee" adventure. Thanks! ~Julie
@jujubee315 Hi Julie. I'm sorry I rushed through the ingredients. I have spoke on other videos about shilajit. You can definitely make it without it though. I make all kinds of fun warm drinks in the morning depending on my mood. :) Lucuma is a peruvian fruit that we get in the form of a powder. It's sweet and doesn't have any strange after taste to me. It also has many beneficial vitamins. You can get it online or at health foods stores. Many of them are starting to carry a lot of raw products.
Thumbs up if you were looking for gta schitt...
