As a child I believed I just had to be Punky's biggest fan (lol, because I know she had thousands!) I am now passing this love along to my 3yr old. She loves the show. I was happier than a kid w/bday cake when I found the dvd box set!! Purchased it . . now me & my toddler enjoy them together :) I think it would be great if someone would bring "Punky Brewster" to the big screen :)

I grew up watching this, and I used to try and dress like Punky, and my mom wouldn't always let me. This is a wonderful show. <3 there should be more shows like this these days, but sadly there isn't.

PUNKY POWER!! Not gonna lie I was absolutely in love with Punky back in the day!! This is gonna sound lame, but I totally Punky-fied my pants by taking 2 belt loops off an old pair and sewing them to the right leg of my favorite pair. Makes an awesome bandanna holder!! And I'm a guy! Say what you want, but Punky Brewster was AWESOME!!

In a scene from the pilot, 'Henry' remarks about 'Punky' "You haven't even learned to match your Shoes yet!" 'Punky' responds by saying "I have two different feet, why shouldn't I wear two different Shoes?" As much as children tease each other about "differences", what better or more simple a way to show them that "differences" are not a "Bad" thing? They need to bring these kinds of shows back. "Punky Power" rocks!!!
