lots of companies make custim cams call them directly u might need to send the old cam so they can regrind also beans diesel can help you out or diesel innovations or wide open performance

mine only started doing that after bigger injectors were put in..

sounds more like he's got about a 5k resistor in the ICP sensor, but I'm just saying. Lope files on tunes usually have a low idle. I own a DPtuner and have the lope idle so I do know what i am talking about.

yeah my truck does this too but only for a minute or 2 then it smooths out (stage II injectors... probably lots smaller than what you got)
