Well I whouldn't put it that way. Seeing how they moved the soundtrack to a more orchestral soundtrack they propably didn't have time to write a song for every single little thing in the game. Though this IS coming from a perspective of someone who prefers RE5 over 4. Don't get me wrong I still like 4 (There gameplay wise almost the same) but what RE5 has over 4 is that I can actually take the plot & characters seriously (Plus to me it just seems more interesting).

Y'know the actual gameplay in RE5 kinda' sucked, the mercenaries mode is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better.

Misao Senbogi's stuff was so much better in RE4. My favorite was Leon's Mercenaries theme, but they were all very good. RE5's soundtrack was a bit of a disappointment, this is personally the only tune I really cared for...
