Very nice. I have three recipes for ribs. Oven baked with honey apricot glaze, grilled with a vinegrette marinade, and apple wood smoked in a smoker oven with a homemade dry rub. Hope you'll take a look. Great recipe idea you have here, I'll have to try it, soon!

Basic Famous Dave's sauce. Thick and zesty, I think. Can't help it - I love that stuff. I also like Russ and Franks and Texas Rib Rangers sauces.
