  • He is so fast!

  • @BarbwireChains Thanks! Yes he is alot of fun to ride!

  • I was very happy to see this...I am in Ontario and we have no classes for speed racking at our standardbred show so i did some research and this video just got the wheels turning......you sit perfectly and this guy looks smashing!!

  • @demott23 Thanks for the compliments! I really enjoy riding Soulcrusher! Speed Racking events are very popular in our area and nearly all horse shows have them. We also have a lot of pacing classes too, which is also very popular.

  • wow tats awesome !! luv standardvreds we got em but they race!:)

  • I absolutely LOVE this horse and you sit him perfectly. What a wonderful team to watch. I would have loved to have gotten a foal off him before you gelded him. Beautiful!!!

  • Thanks so much for the compliments! I do love this horse, he is so much fun to ride! Unfortunate that he needed to be gelded but it was in his best interest, and he actually got faster after gelding him, so that was a plus!

  • Beautiful Standerdbred! I have one named Jake. So similar, right down to the spot on his nose! Great horses!!!

  • Thanks! The Standardbreds are great horses! I really enjoy my gelding, he is alot of fun to ride.

  • What is your stud fee?

  • Have you ever put a gps on your horse, He is very sure footed and is one of the fastest on you tube. We have a 4 year old single footing standardbred Bama Boy in northern ala that we think is capable of 35 mph i would love to see jet clocked!!

  • We have GPS' d him at 28mph. I don't know how truly accurate GPS's are, sudden movements can make the speed jump up, etc. Or coming to a rough or bouncy stop. So I don't know how accurate the 28mph is but that is what we clocked him at last summer. Whatever speed he is doing it is plenty fast enough for me! Thanks for the compliments on him! Good luck with your new horse, sounds like he is a fast one!

  • @vixen310 I have STB and I won't let her break into this gait because it scares me :)...it looks like a blast! What else do you do with him? Just curious.

  • looking good.

  • Is this horse for sale?

  • thats what my moms horse is a standerbred

  • they are good horses

  • This has got to be one of the best singlefooting videos on You Tube. It would be great to have a section where you could hear Jet's feet hitting that good gait.

  • Thanks for the compliment!

  • That horse is getting better and faster every time I see him. Great horse

  • Thanks for the compliment, I really enjoy riding him!

  • Great Job Vixen!

  • awesome horse! too bad they are non existing here in sweden :(

  • Thanks so much for the compliment! It is a shame that you don't have horses like that in Sweden, maybe someday.

  • Anette, wanted to tell you your photography is excellent! Loved the photos on your site of the Icelandics!

  • thank you!

  • It's not just Sweden; it's pretty much the same all over the world. That is, countries and their people have not yet caught on to how wonderful our American gaited horses really are. It's a shame really! A LONG time ago, our biggest export was the Naragansett Pacer a breed that has long since died out, but most of our gaited breeds (such as the Standardbred) can trace their roots to these horses.

  • Looking good Karen-keep up the good work

  • Thanks!

  • Thanks so much!! I really do love this horse!

  • Good to see a woman onboard!!!

  • Thanks, I love to ride him!

  • Wow! He looks great! You make a great team. I love the video.

  • Thanks, he is alot of fun!

  • love that horse!

  • WOW!!
