This video compares a business paid service from Microsoft (Office 365) with a consumer (ad supported) free service from Google (Gmail). This is unfair!
The business counterpart from Google (Google Apps for Business) is not ad supported!!
Google has a strong contractual commitment in place protecting customer IP and Privacy for their paid clients.

Compare the legit Office videos with this, and you'll know what I'm talking about.

I would use gmail over anything, it works, its easy, and the adds are small and kinda relevant. Also it's a server reading my mail, not a person, its not going to walk into my office and yell PORN?!
Office 365 is for businesses and is fantastic for it, Gmail is for end users and works well enough.
