@johnnyboy922 I am pretty muscle heavy for my height. 175 at 5'8'' and mostly muscle. Have trouble with a lot of moves but its just my body type. I can still flow pretty well over obstacles. Trying to develop my unique style and do what I can but I just have a wide frame so will never be able to do a lot of twisty, flashy acrobatics.

Sebastian was explaining what it feels like to go out and train and he said "when I go, out side, there are no obstacle's no boundaries, I just run free" and the producer said "FREERUN"? and that's how the word came about. And I agree with @chaossteveo.. its ignorant to say that its not "freerunning" cuz of sand that's like saying freerunning in a gym is not 3run
