re Quessir, absoulutely right, Michael Praed was terrific in Robin of Sherwood and that did him justice, but this was a major faux pas to be in Dynasty..

In the early stages of bringing THE COLBYS to a final draft, the producers were considering taking Jeff and Lady Ashley to Los Angeles where they would be part of a triangle with Fallon. They realized MacGraw was just not appealing to the audience and the idea was scrapped.

Uh, most film and television studios don't want to risk actors scarring their million dollar mug.

The last film I saw were an actor did their on stunts was Deathproof (The Grindhouse). That movie owned. However, the lady doing the stunts was a stunt woman in real life. I know Linda Evans did her own stunts. But she was kind of an atheletic person off camera anyway.

what Michael Praed is a good actor and very handsome but it was the writing's that made him look bad i think he would have been a great addition to this show just not in that role and again not his fault

I'm not judging him by his later works (Robin Hood, stage performances and so forth).

He definitely has improved over time. But you must admit, his portrayl of the royal prince is a bit amatuerish and overdone.

And that Diva headshake of his, every time he makes some bold proclaimation, just irks me to no end.

Michael Praed played the lead character in Robin of Sherwood a year or two before he came to Dynasty. He's a proven fine actor, on both stage and screen. It is the terrible writing and direction here on Dynasty that is making him look like someone who was hired for his looks alone.
